Haven't played Oblivion but I always collect the Song of Pelinal books in Skrims. I had this theory he was based on a playtester from the way his actions are described.

Truth be told the harshness of the place made it seem kind of ridiculous this powerful empire could arise from a place where every day life was a struggle but at least the Imperial City actually sounded like the sort of wondrous place worthy of this huge fantasy empire and not the piddily little dump it ended up being in Oblivion.

I legitimately thing the Knights of the Nine quest is much better than the main story.

Todd actually said that he really disliked how the dialogue system for FO4 panned out. If they had full interface with more special checks and better writing, it really would have been a great game.

He recounted a story with the VA for Cyrus from Redguard.
Paraphrasing here but the VA thanked him for giving him the opportunity ,as a black man, to take on that role.
The story ended with either the VA weeping or MK weeping or maybe both.
