You can rent power tools at Homo Despot and I imagine you can at Lowes too. Just figure out what you'll need and try to get everything you would need the power tools for done asap so you don't get raped by renting them for days.

You can get a drill, and some screws for like 40 bucks at walmart. The amount of plywood you need maybe 60 bucks. That'll at least get you started. Why is Sup Forums so lazy?

It'd take a minimum of two sheets, probably MDF, then maybe 30 feet of 2x2 if you're cheap. You'd have to get some edge banding unless you want it to look terrible. Where can I get all that for under a hundred?
