It's great on TV mode, didn't notice much of a difference.
It's mind-blowing on portable mode though.

The game itself is great. The port is good considering the hardware, but it's the worst version of the game. Docked the game is extremely blurry. Undocked looks much better but the joycons are awkward with the game. On Ultra Violence, at least. On the easier difficulties it might be less of an issue.

I actually got the last copy in my local Game yesterday. Dude at the counter said they only got 25 copies but they were all gone by 11am.

He also said Sonic Forces was strangely popular as well, to the point where they had to start putting out download codes because the physical version was selling out every day.

It's fine. It's not great, it's not bad. It's fine. There are better versions out there, but if anything it goes to show thay Doom 4 is such a good game that the concessions made to get it running on Switch weren't enough to make it a poor game.
