>tfw put off playing this for years
>finally play it
>it's awesome
Damn, you gotta love rockstar despite their recent greediness.

I HATE that they sent max to Brazil, he belongs in jersey and NYC.
>can't turn the crosshair off so the whole game is a wack-a-mole-headshot-headshot-headshot-100% precision-fest
this kills the fun
um how would you aim?
The physics of everything and animations more than make up for that. They don't make up for those cut scenes, though.
Use the direction Max's arms are pointing, it takes a little learning but there's no fun in every shot being pinpoint accurate all the time
I always turn the crosshairs of in games
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.
Just get gud at remembering where is the exact center of your screen
setting for the most part and cutscenes aside the game was fun to play.
at least the cutscenes are well done (mostly)
The game holds up well on PC, still looks better than most shit on PS4 and Xbox One.
so im sure this has been asked plenty of times but is there anyway way to remove these fucked colour flare things in every cutscene? its actually ruining it for me
don't think so, I learned to ignore them somehow
Unfortunately many Max Payne 3 cutscenes are actually video files and the game was heavily influence by this films aesthetics
they ease on those the further the story goes, in the last 1/3 of the game they're no longer there.
I guess it's to show him getting sober
which is also why the game is 30 fucking gigs. shit cutscenes make up most of the filesize
I loved it, i live here.
Shooting brs while listening to his out of touch superficial assessment of all the garbage he sees is refreshing to say the least, the entire game max payne delightful depressing monologues are either sad, accurate or just funny.
I like when outsiders complains about shit they see here, it makes me feel not insane for noticing it too.
you should have a vague idea of the center of your screen, Killing Floor is more fun without a crosshair for example
The game would be so good and replayable if there was a way to remove those fucking cutscenes
this would be a contender for best third person shooter ever if you could skip cutscenes and if there were modding tools to make levels that last longer than 6 minutes of gameplay each.
Yep, this is a problem with a lot of modern games. Bink is used frequently and it's inefficient as fuck.
