As you read in your pamphlet which you received in your acceptance letter: these are the only courses that freshmen are allowed to take. You need 36 credits to graduate and the typical course is 3 credits unless otherwise specified. Your limit is 3 credits per semester unless you can apply and prove you are able to handle more than 3 per semester and have a valid reason to do so. The only mathematics course is for seniors only:

It's a rather advanced course, and it is only for seniors though, although you may want to create a full schedule so you have less planning to do later.
