Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon 2, Xenoblade 2 is around the corner, Mario+Rabbids is also good, If you don't have played it yet Shovel Knight and Tetris on the Switch is alos fun. Skyirm and Doom if you are into them.

if you like unconventional fighting games, Pokken Tournament, I wouldn't recommend it though if you dont like to learn fighting games or don't have people to play with
also if you didnt play Gunvolt on the 3DS, buy the striker pack, pretty fun platform shooter
