And P4 was great but people were saying it was the peak because the fandom had so much fun with it. P5 is the actual physical peak of the series mechanically and scope-wise, unless they do a 2 year college-based Persona next time that takes 200 hours casually. The game had to be translated for almost an entire year just for a half decent localization. Name me any director or team who could possibly make something BIGGER than P5 or 'up the ante'

I actually agree. If you make the conscious decision to make all your female characters "cute" you are severely limiting the range of personalities. Good stories are born from diverse characters whose goals and personalities come in conflict. Forcing a punk girl and moe girl to work together to achieve a mutual goal is interesting. Having all moe characters isn't interesting.

Also, i agree that hashino is an idiot because while it's okay to make characters attractive, you shouldn't make them less interesting than original desingers intended to. All of p5 girls just ended up being bland and forgettable.

The issue here is that the translation described this using the word "cute." For women this has negative connotations since they're used to it meaning they're weak and ineffective, rather than just physically attractive (which also has negative connotations thanks to unwanted flirting/cat calling).
