After the Wild Hunt is defeated she's free to teleport behind u and unsheathe Addan Deith, so she turns OP again.

Ciri wearing make up makes sense since in the books Yen kinda hammered it into her as a child that women need to use whatever they can to survive in a male dominated world. it´s actually pretty cute and fleshes out her character.
I think Ciri wouldn´t be so mary sue if they actually had given her a weakness and showed her be generally having a goal aside from just "getting left alone". Maybe a side plot where she meets a young knight and kind falls in love with him. somebody that teases her and she teases him in return.
