I really don't understand what the fuck you're asking here, OP. We see how BB got his eyepatch in MGSIII. We play as him with his eyepatch throughout the PSP games, and then again (sort of) throughout GZ/TPP.

BB with an eyepatch goes way back to MG1 bro. It was simply a character design choice that was made moreso vital by the MGS3 plot by tying the Virtuous Mission to how he lost his eye in the first place.

Yes he does retard. Solid Snake and solidus look identical lined up. The new legacy render look just like bb. And Kojima might have changed their face in 4 but Kojima fixed that with PW making BB's render look like old snake. Also MGS4 Shows(SOP is bb dna) that solid is made up of 94% of BB's dna, which means they would look like identical twins.

Dude identical twins are usually around 95 to 100 %. Solid is 94% with Big Boss. he's going to look pretty much the same. Also Kojima even said himself. They look similar because he wanted a snake in every game. the reason why the models change was because of technology not because of anything else. Big boss fags and solid snake fanboys like to pretend that there major differences between but them aren't on a physical level. They have only differ because of ideals.
