This evidence of the Mandela has always been bullshit to me. I distinctly remember Looney Tunes being Tunes because of how obviously all of the background music was specifically composed to fit the animations. The misconception comes from the more modern low budget spin-off "Tiny Toons" with kid versions of the characters.
