GAMER DEPRESSION

Guys, help me. I have tons of games and some money to buy new ones, however, for a few days straight I sit on my computer doing nothing because there is no single game that would give me any joy. Everything seems so simple, pointless... Please, help me...

From the games I always enjoy:
>WoT
>AoE III
>Minecraft
>Skyrim
>Heroes III
>CS:GO
>CS 1.6
>CoH
>Naval Action
>Battlefield 1
And many, many fucking more...

HELP! I want to play!

Dark souls will give you a second wind

Get another hobby or a job

Yeah, tried Dark Souls, I just do not feel like enjoying games anymore... I can't see the point. I love building stuff, managing and co-operation with people or simple fighting in multiplayer.

I can;t decide what should I play, I wasted 8h today, literally, sitting and looking at what could I play.

Force yourself to play for at least 15-20 minutes. If you're still not having fun by then, quit it and don't play anything for a week or two.

Time for a new hobby, bro.
Doesn't mean you can't still play vidya, just go read a book or go join a rock climbing club or something.

I thought about that, to stop playing for a week or two. But honestly, what would I do? I am poorfag with no possibilities (financially).

I also love to play with people, online, I have no one to play with these days...

Read some books, nigguh. Seriously, it'll keep you busy if you've found a good book for you and the best part is that you can pirate most shit online. If you're a fag and don't want to read, audiobooks are fine too.

>GAMER DEPRESSION
Nigger lol
You are literally just deopressed. Gaming has nothing to do with this.

>love csgo
>solo queue
>get told to kms by normies and 3rd worlders every match

Get Squad. Strategic, realistic, combined arms shooter.

Just go run or whatever and exercise yourself fucking silly

Yeah you'll have to force yourself to do it but it's not like you were going to spend that time doing anything better anyway

spending all your time in this place is definitely not gonna hell that's for sure

get a job

>Just run lol depression will, like, disappear

Just buy good games retard. botW or Mario Odyssey.

I honestly came out of my depression moving from pc to consoles. Straight up haven't turned my pc on in 2017 for gaming whilst I've burnt through loads of games on PS4/Wii U and loved them all

Nobody here plays fucking video games, why do you think they're posting here? Mental health is a crisis right now, spend your money on some psychiatric care and you can get back to your normal flow of life after they've helped you to understand yourself better. Depression isn't just something you can game, drink, and eat through to get better, it's a festering void that will destroy you inside until you confront your problems.

lmao kys cuck.

I have a job

Jackpot - I run 2-3 times a week for 10-12km. For like 3 years now.
I think some of you misunderstood me. I am depressed gamer because I do not enjoy playing vidya anymore. The spark is somehow frozen... It's not what it used to be. I have some hours that are meant for playing and I am like sitting and everything is like "meh...". I do not have fucking real life depression.

Not really no, but at least you'll feel calm for at least 5 minutes

I feel you brother. Try these, maybe...
>tides of numenara
>pillars of eternity
>nioh
>P5

Stop browsing Sup Forums for a few days.

you're burnt out. you have to take a long break from gaming and do other things for a while

hotline miami 1 and 2 is my first recommendation. Also grind some killing floor perks until you can easily beat hell on earth with a team of idiots

Honestly you just need a small break and maybe take gaming "less" seriously.

I was like that a few months/years ago, anything I would play felt pointless and boring, but I didn't really have any other hobbies also, spending evenings on Sup Forums and being bored.

But I just took the fun side of gaming, getting a new console helps with that, got a Switch a month ago and I have trouble putting it down, there is something about PC gaming that feels a little bit downing, I don't know if it's because of being stuck in front of the screen or something else, but I ended up playing more console games and only a few PC games.

Whatever you are doing, playing too much will bore you, I try to only play when my chores are done or if I have worked, so it feels more like a reward and not a waste of time.

So yeah, just gotta find the good games, try a new series of games you've never tried, try a MMO, puzzle game, something that can keep you awake and motivated while playing.

Get Urban Terror if you want to play a nonshit online fps.
Arx Fatalis or Dark Messiah to keep you away from Skyrim.
Dungeon Keeper Gold for cozzy underground base building.

If you can emulate ps2 or gamecube get Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2, they should cheer you up.

COME TO ME MY SON. SOON YOU WILL HAVE THE JOY YOU SEEK.

I feel you man. There are days where I want to want to play games, but just end up sitting on Sup Forums, watching youtube, and twitch.
The best advice I can give is pretend you don't have access to browsing the web, sit and think "if I couldn't piss away my time on Sup Forums or any other website, the fuck would I be doing right now?".

No, its not that you feel its pointless. Just like most of us, you've been playing games for so long, that your palette has been refined and you can tell the difference between a really good game and garbage.

This is the burden that comes with experience and wisdom, have fun completing only 1-2 games a year while trying countless others, only to stop after a few hours cause you know you've experienced the entire game.

Go to a geek place and play some d&d
its fun as hell and sessions take up hours
when i got bored of vidya i started it after a couple sessions i felt like playing vidya again now i play both

Work out

I watch dragon ball z and smoke weed
