Bought this to play with a friend on PS4 and loved it.
Gonna rebuy it on pc when it's next on sale, one of the better games this year everything was overhyped
It is a surprisingly fun game and I'm glad it sold well.
quick tip, dont get the season pass. only fallen ghost is good while everything else is shit
well you just saved me 40 bucks now I have to decide whether its this or For Honor now.
Is there any reason to play this if I don't have friends to play it with? Might just pirate it
i have For Honor and its still a mess.
It's good single-player, but even better with friends so you're not gonna lose anything except some silly fun
Is this just like MGSV tho?
Don't get For Honor. Last I heard, they still haven't bothered to fix some bugs that have been in since launch and some characters are still blatantly OP against absolutely everyone else. As for Wildlands, I dunno. It definitely wasn't my thing. Boring as shit by the time I reached my third region. May be more fun if you play coop with some friends though.
It sold well? That's fantastic. It's a terrible departure from Ghost Recons just like Siege it's a fucking awful Rainbow Six but they're fun with other people. If it sold well at least they'll try to iron out the worst parts in the sequel.
as someone who owns both on different systems I recommend this over for honor.
Is it worth playing if you are just going to fight AI in dominion? I just wanted it for the knight customization.
It's literally MGSV with far cry elements. even the controls are the same as MGSV
only difference is that the map isn't as barren as MGSV
It was the best selling game of the year for the first few months it was out I think.
it might get veery repititious, but its worth looking into it if you're pirating
buy it if you plan to get a bunch of friends on co-op
I heard that it was pretty clunky when compared to MGSV, something about the movement system not being as fluid as the former but the shooting being far more responsive and accurate.
for driving and flying yes. movement is a little slippery
>theses games area great!
>with friends...
Pretty much but I wouldn't call the shooting being far more responsive or accurate in Wildlands over MGSV. Pretty much the same but the hitboxes on the enemies may be worse.
How repetitive does it get? I like their approach of "here's a hitlist, wipe these guys out", but it seems like it could get stale very quickly unless the setpieces make up for it.
Wasn't the flying and driving the worst offender for Wildlands? Review all over said that the game just can't handle vehicles to save itself.
Depends. It has a core gameplay of just fucking up forts however you want with specific mission objectives like tailing someone, blowing this or that up, killing this or that person, interrogating this or that person, etc. If you don't enjoy the core gameplay of attacking forts, then you'll find it very repetitive.
yeah its either way to sensitive or way too stiff.
it's as bad as prototype
Don't go max speed and stop when you need to and you'll be fine.
Also I think they patched the air vehicles.
Pretty much. Lots of glitches too.
How is Division? i heard it improved but the good stuff is locked behind season pass
waiting for a sale if true
You heard right. Enemies are less bullet spongey and combat and gear are generally improved but the good shit are in the two expansions. That's not to say it's actually a good time or anything. It's merely better than how it was back then which was absolute dogshit.
What you looking to buy division on?
It's like 15 bucks on Xbox one.
Why is everyone talking like a Marketer?
i liked Wildlands, but shit either you guys are way too polite, or im desensitized from all the shitposting
PS4. its 10 bucks on ebay, but the season pass is way too expensive so im waiting for a sale
Wildlands is no longer Ubisoft's latest flaship AAA open world sandbox tower-climbing game, so we can discuss it more-or-less rationally.
The shitposting is reserved for Origins, at least until it gets cracked and the people who weren't going to buy it anyway can try it out
This is what happens when you can only shitpost, you find normal discussion to be weird when you are the one who is mentally inbalanced
Watch_Dogs
Although I did get it for free, so that may have played a factor.
Fuck you you fucking nigger faggot.
Are you satisfied now?
>season passes are twice more expensive than the games themselves
Yes we can and it was a mediocre typical open world Ubisoft game
>tfw I got a platinum on this game
Is it worth coming back to for the competitive multiplayer at all? I haven't played since September.
It's kinda neat. Probably not worth reinstalling for, especially considering how it's kinda dead, but it's fun. Might be really good if you had a group to play with.
Ehh I find it fun but its stupidly easy if you have have patience to wait for someone do something stupid
