Honest thoughts on Bloodborne?
Honest thoughts on Bloodborne?
worst game ever made
good game with shitty bosses
Goty of the year it came out but now there's nothing left to do.
Where the fuck is Miyazaki's new game?
Kino
fpbp
>dishonest and shameful opinions
Wrong thread, kids.
i hate it!
Fantastic game, but not without flaws.
I didn't like it. the monsters just became frustrating later on as it tries to become 2deep4u and suddenly every single thing has special rules and new abilities and one-off monsters in the second half. There's no explanation for what anything is and the game waggles it in your face like a fat cock you're supposed to love.
It's a solid enough game, but it really wants to jerk you around with how special it is.
I like that game
Never played. I will just wait until the PS4 get hacked.
I never ever paid for a console or handheld game in my life, and that won't change.
Yes I have to agree the loading times were slightly too long but the blame for that lies solely with the gook tech manufacturers colluding to keep the price of SSDs insanely high. Miyazaki can make a great game but he can't force Koreans to act like human beings or invent world changing technology alone.
What the fuck are you talking about?
Load times too long. PS4 only was a mistake.
Don't use my post as a platform for your Sup Forumsshit, nigger. Die.
ludo
>OP asks for opinion on the game
>you've never played it but chime in anyway
Should I buy a PS4 at 185 dollars?
I saw one at a pawn shop and Bloodborne is pretty cheap right now...
With the DLC it is one of the very best games ever made. It's a shame it's trapped on a system that hampers what it could have been on superior hardware. I own a pc, ps4, and a switch as well as have earned every trophy in the game so try not to let that statement bother you too much. Maybe the PS5 will have a remaster or something at a stable framerate, hopefully.
Who cares about the opinion of a cocksucker?
attention whore
Nobody does. That's why he's telling you not to bother posting, cocksucker
DID YOU JUST CALL ME THE N WORD?!
NIGGER
Die, nigger.
I love the game. Great story.
However, grinding blood vials can be annoying at times. Also, enemy hunters are way too overpowered with their unlimited bullets. It was a terrible terrible idea to put 3 hunters in Unseen Village, the run to One Reborn is already annoying.
Every location looks too similar. Dark Souls was more interesting.
>being so bad that you have to grind blood vials
>not spending your blood echoes wisely so that you've always got a decent stock of vials
I fucking loved the conceptual side of Insight. It fit the increasingly Lovecraftian themes so well too. Something that gradually and quite permanently alters your perception of the world with actual game mechanical impact is something I don't remember seeing in all that many other games.
this.
i'm bad at video games i i never grinded blood vials
10/10 game
The visuals were absolutely great, bosses ranged from bad to excellent, gameplay was decent. If one had to grind for the blood vials I believe it was annoying. I liked the chalice dungeons, but I played them for the bosses and barely bothered to explore.
All in all, a great game that was, at its best, the best thing ps4 had to offer
>grinding blood vials
I never got this
If you notice you're struggling with vials or you think it's gonna be a problem soon just buy some with the echoes you get from killing a boss, an extra 50 vials would be more handy than a couple levels most of the time
And this isn't even a "git gud" thing, the souls series has always used a souls type currency as both xp and money for a reason and it's really nice mechanic that forces you to choose and make compromises, but 9 times out of 10 whenever I talked with somebody who complains about the vial system it's because they dumped all their echoes into unnecessary leveling instead of just buying some vials every once in a while
Never played it, would love to, but I refuse to support consoles with subscriptions to play online.
Although, I've seen enough of the game to be confident that it's probably From Soft's best game to date.
Nioh is better.
How about "No"
One of the few legitimate 10/10 games ever made. You rarely see a perfect combination of style and substance but Bloodborne does just that. The level of detail in the environments is insane. My only regret is that I can't play it for the first time again.
>in b4 le 30 fps meme
Not an argument.
I hate shields in general and i hate the whole "defend => attack" mechanic of Dark Souls so i love BB to death for encouraging aggressive playstyle + evasion.
I completed it 6 times and it is easily the best in series for me.
Agreed. I never get tired of talking about this game because it was just so undeniably GOOD. 30fps sucked, the load times were long, but the high points were too many to count
Its probably one of if not my favorite games but i would have excepted "Its a shitty game with good bosses
It's also the worst in the series since the series consists of 1 game.
das1 was my first game so it will always be my favorite, but bb is a VERY close second. the old hunters is also the best souls dlc
>inb4 not a souls game
only pc friends say this
>so i love BB to death for encouraging aggressive playstyle + evasion.
I never understood that opinon, blocking in dark souls was ALWAYS a waste of stamina compared to dodging, and bloodborne has no weight limit so dodging was always easier for me

Wrong thread brainlet
pls respond
I was unimpressed by it, but maybe I'd be calling it one of the greatest games of all time had it come before the Souls games because after three of those I was never going to be that impressed by a differant take on them.
Im probably not gonna sell mine when i get around to building a new pc just because of bloodborne and i dont regret buying it, but my current pc is old as hell so i also used it as a multiplat machine so im a little biased. The game was probably the best game ive played in years though and made be feel like a pree 2007 lad again, so looking back on it id probably pay 200 for the experience but im a sad nostalgic sucker
A great game and easily the best PS4 exclusive. I appreciate them trying to take the Souls games into a slightly different direction, theme wise at least.
However, as good as it is, it is not without problems.
>Covenants are awful
>Chalice dungeons are the same dozen of lego rooms rearranged ad infinitum. Now with sand. Now with extra moss
>No NG+ worth speaking of whatsoever
>Invasion and pvp system is quite the letdown, too hard to invade people, they could have learned from their previous titles like DaS
Overall, and because the rest of the game still is THAT good, I'd give it just shy of 90/100, maybe 88 or so.
Best game of this console generation, easily.
Definitely no
How is it not? There isnt exactly a lot of competition, including from sony
The healing itens suck its really easy to heal, reminds me of how bad the herbs were in Demon Souls.
The performance tanked hard on the launch, its still bad but a little better.
The DLC is a must buy, the game doesn't have much variety of weapons or enemies without it.
I would give it a 8/10..
Pretty cool cinematic wise, cool boss designs, everything else is pretty shit desu.
Best Souls game on shared place with ds1.
