I have 10$ left I am willing to spend on games, please tell me what I should buy.

Heres the games I've been enjoying lately, so you know what I like. Any of these would be a good purchase also.
Nuclear Throne ( I have sunk 150hrs into this, highly recommended)
Downwell
Quake
DOOM Classic Collection
Endless Space 2
Guacamelee!
Risk of Rain
Caves of Qud
XCOM: EU/EW
Super House of Dead Ninjas
Spacechem
Pillars of Eternity
EYE: Divine Cybermancy

oops

Add? Remove?

My purchases/gifts, I have $12 left. Looking for any stealth games/fast paced platformer games.

I bought:
Assetto Corsa
Dirt rally
New DOOM
Grim dawn + xpac

Super House of Dead Ninjas

I'd remove nier

Looks fun, should I buy the DLC as well?

thoughts?

Thinking about picking Just Case 3
Titanfall and Battlefield 4 are on my list too.
Yay or nay?

I didn't even know there was DLC lmao. Might as well since it's only 59 cents.

was going to suggest qud but you've got it already. good.

Have you played JC2? While not as many toys, it's structured much better, which is crucial for a game this repetitive.

Check out unreal world

Replace Bf4 with Bf1, more players.
I would personally drop just cause 3.
Titanfall seems like fun, but never looked into the drama thats been going on recently with it

Yeah I got JC2. Liked it and wouldn't mind trying out the 3rd game.

Bought Squad for $23, it’s pretty decent. Why the hell is every interior an empty room tho?

HM2 is great.

Bought Ruiner and Prey. Thinking of getting Fallout 4. Is it really that bad? Are the dlc worth it?

I didn't by anything yet, but thinking about Hollow Knight. Or I wait for it to release in the Switch.

wtf why?
Any reason?

When does the sale end

Get quake or hexen 2 on there if you haven't played them.
Also Arx Fatalis or Postal . They should be cheap.

Mediocre for the price

$35 is a fair price for Nier. However, I 100%'d the game in less than 24 hours so there's not much replayability after you beat it

quake 2 worth playing or just quake 1? I understand they're not related to each other much at all. Are both classics though?

HM2 is fucking trash. Everything good about HM1 is so far removed from HM2 it isn't funny. Do yourself a favor, if you enjoy HM1, spare the pain and avoid HM2

So I was holding onto $15 for the PoE Black Friday sale, but that sale fucking sucked hard and nothing I wanted went on sale.
I like Metroidvanias, 2D and 3D Platformers, meme games, and puzzle games. Give me some suggestions.
In return, I provide this image.

Pathologic is about a dollar cheap on Steam compared to GOG. What's the difference and which version should I get?

Is the Splinter Cell blacklist online still working?

As long as you're buying the Classic HD edition it doesn't matter, go for the cheapest.

Is the banner saga good? is the deluxe pack worth it?

Bought Pathologic Classic Hd for a couple of friends since it was down to two bucks or something HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

bought Darkwood for myself, 10 bucks i think, really diggin it for the first 2 hours

To clarify, classic hd improves the translation significantly and improves graphics somewhat. There is no reason to buy the original.

Remove all but Squad soldier

I have Pathologic, Detention, System Shock, Pyre and Touhou 16 in my cart right now.

It's a bore, honestly. Unreal is in a similar vein, and holds up beautifully. Quake 4 is pretty good too, in spite of vehicle sections.

Might just do

Has this improved at all in the past like 3 years?

Battlestations Midway and Pacifc both less then £1 each.

TENNOHEIKA BANZAIIII

There's more to do, but the game is still nowhere near being finished or released properly.

Prey or Signal from Tolva?

Prey

Bayonetta or Vanquish?

Set a value to compare by.

Is Oxygen Not Included worth 15 bux if I really enjoyed Prison Architect and Rimworld?

Only want to buy few games here.

Either one of these
>Open World (Either Dying Light Enhanced or Watch_Dogs 2 Gold)
>Europa Universals IV + 4 expansion pack

Or few from these
>Reccetear bundle (Reccetear + 2 other games)
>Gothic collection (Gothic 1-3)
>Deus Ex 1 (Or collection)
>Thief Collection (mainly to play Thief 1 and 2)
>Ikaruga
>Wuppo
>Rise of the Tomb Raider
>Morrowind
>EYE Divine Cybermanc
>Shadowrun Dragonfall
>Way of the Samurai 4
>Talos Principle Gold
>140
>Defender's Quest
>Grim Frandango Remaster
>Prison Architect (or Introvision Complete)
>Invisible Inc + DLC
>Don't Starve alone pack
>Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Complete
>Umineko or Fata Morgana
>Thea: The Awakening
>La-Mulana

>Europa Universals IV
>4 expansion pack
pirate those and you could get some more games

Have 70 yuros left
Interested in either good multiplayer on single player good action.

Bought PoP 2008 and Mirror's Edge because I was in the mood for some parkour.

All I got was Hotline Miami 1+2 pack and Hollow Knight. Might return the latter because I forgot that I hate Metroidvanias.

Still hoping for suggestions.

I have $10 left to spend and want a kinda cute, simple game with exploration. Like a LoZ feel too it. Like a Spiral Knights aesthetic, I guess.

Any suggestions?

Eh I don't buy a game to replay it. Even if a game did have different endings and whatnot I still wouldn't replay it until a very long time has passed, just like with any other game that didn't have different endings or choices

PoP 2008 is a chill game with lot's acrobatics, beautiful art and 10/10 banter. Not much combat, but that adds to the chill vibe,
IMO. Ending is meh and perhaps the only downside to the game

Mirror's Edge is like a fast moving action ride and story is... nothing special. But no other game, aside from ME Catalyst, was able to catch that sense of speed so well. It's worth that alone.

Considering so many incomparable games is retarded. Go roll a number on random.org.

Fucking hell it wasn't that bad. The OST was far superior and the level design was lacking. It is not like HM 1 is a 10/10 and HM2 is 0/10 garbage

Yeah, I have what I called "Choice paralysis". When I have so many choices, I can not make a decision.

Steam sales are worst in that regard.

Dying Light > Watch Dogs 2

Personally I'd just get Gothic/Thief to see what all of the fus is about. I try to play classics I missed out on all of the time

Well, for Metroidvanias you can't go wrong with Hollow Knight and Ribi-Rabi

For 3D platformer, keep an eye on Sphinx and Hat in Time.

Meme games? Can you call EYE an meme game?

Puzzle. Try Recursed.
There was also one where you decipher alien language, but I forgot the name.

All good choices.
Glad Detention is getting more attention.
I'd have been my favorite horror game had it not for Darkwood.

That's the thing, I want to try out the classics but I can't decide whether to pirate them or buy (because I only have motivation to play when something is in my library)

recettear is pretty fun. Although I'm probably about to lose my first run. Guess i'm not jewish enough.
No idea how the other two games in that bundle are, only started them up to see how they run. Fortune summoners seem to have some problems and runs like ass in fullscreen for me.

I remember playing ikaruga on the gamecube. good shoot em up but also pretty hard. (or i just sucked dick back then)
Way of the samurai 4 is also good if you are into that whole "repeat the same few days over and over again for different outcome" thing.

buy Mirror, best game on Steam

I don't like them either but Hollow Knight seems to be a bit different. The back tracking isn't nearly as awful as other metroidvanias and there there is fast travel points you unlock for each area of the game. Honestly the fast traveling makes the metroidvania style annoyance bareable

I'm buying the bundle because some user hyped me up about it.

I'm buying Ikaruga because it's historically cheapest, and I LOVED Treasure games and the CEO made a recent announcement that he wanted to make traditional games and not F2P mobile stuff.

WotS4 because how impressed WotS1 left me.

Detention was pretty good, but I didn't really like the fact that it points you directly at some things and leaves you hanging for others.

thief 1 and 2 together is 2 dollars. It's pretty much pocket change unless you are super poor

I sold pubg memescom crates at a ridiculous price for steam funbux
what buy?

Nier and Nier Automata are different in that their endings aren't really definitive and satisfying endings by themselves.

You need to play almost all of the endings to actually get the story

Highly recommend Dodonpachi and Mushihimesama.

Tomb Raider 1-5, Underworld, Legends, AoD
Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 and 2, Blood Omen 2. Gonna buy Legacy of Kain: Defiance with card money
Beyond Good and Evil
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Rise of the Owlverlord

All those games were really cheap. They were all 97 cents, with Giana Sisters being 99 and BGaE being 3something.

Bayonetta is superior to Vanquish, but Vanquish is really good too.

I bought salt and sanctuary. What I'm I in for?

>OST is far superior
I honestly disagree. It's bigger and has a few good songs mixed into it, but is ultimately a worse and more bloated affair, being chalk full of mediocre tracks that the first game didn't really have.

>level design is lacking
It isn't just lacking, it's so bad it turns the sequel into a completely different game, even more based upon memorization rather than quick reaction and planning.

The plot is fucking bloated as fuck too, adding stupid shit like alt-history bullshit and actual magical figures

HM2 is an easy 4/10 game compared to its predecessor's 7/10 goodness.

youtu.be/Jw1m2M8JdkU

Should I buy Asscreed Black Flag and Freedom Cry DLC?

I already bought Watch Dogs 2. Should I finish that first?

I personally didn't like AC4 (being a BIG fan of AC2)

And no need to touch WD1. Jump straight into WD2. It's an improvement in every possible way (including the multiplayer)

Is there any reason to not wait for the Christmas sale? I feel like it'll just be the same prices but with cards and shit.

I'm hoping most things will have better/the same discounts.

Get only the ones that are historically lowest. Sometimes, publishers give bad deals on Summer/Winter that they wouldn't wouldn't otherwise.

>buy Endless Space 2
>press next turn until I lose or win
>occasionally just run out of gold or manpower

why am I so retarded in this game. I loved Endless Legend, but I just can't figure this turbo autismo game out even though it feels just the same in space

Is tomb raider games really that good?

They have a special place/yes. The twin-stick shooter games in the series are excellent.

Heat Signature
Distance
Empire Total War

And with those 3 I finally got the only 200ish games in the whole steam library that I feel are worth buying minus rimworld which I'll buy for christmas

HM1's OST was boring as fuck. Once you heard the first 20 seconds of a song you basically heard the whole damn thing. HM2 had actual music in it and it was good music at that

>Distance
Good shit

I'll play the endings sure. In a case like Nier where you start at a point in the game and go from there I wouldn't consider the game beaten until I got all the endings. If I remember right you start at like the half way point in the first Nier and Automata doesn't have branching endings until the final battle so it's not like I'm replaying the whole game for that.

I'm saying I wouldn't replay shit like the Witcher 3 or Dragon Age over and over back to back to see what different outcomes I can get

can someone please buy me stardew valley

How does HM even compare?

hows Killer Instinct? worth 20$?

Daily reminder that if you already have 3-4 games to play there's no need to continue buying shit, since we're getting another sale in 1.5 months. Don't fall for the valve jew.

>actually creating a list for an anonymous chinese cartoon board
turbo autism

I was listening to good music while I did it. I don't really care what I was doin. Doesn't take long when you have a playlist already

Yes, its very good. $40 is too much. $20 is the absolute maximum I would pay though, so if you're not in a hurry, you could wait a year or so for $10 for the most bang-for-your buck.

>buying roms
Why though

Nearly every metroidvania has "fast travel" points. Symphony of the Night, the game that coined the term, has them so I don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

Because you want to play the games now instead of a month from now? You'll be paying the same price.

It's worth twice that price since it comes with absolutely everything unlocked instead of the meme version that it sold on Xbone when it first came out.

Thinking of buying Nier Automata, how is the PC port? Worth getting over the PS4 version?
