13 was garbage compared to 15, stop memeing.

Although that may be true that's like saying how high the game is on the trash pile. Which isn't saying much 13 may be shit but it had a story and it finished it, from an objective standpoint it's a 5/10, 13 just didn't have one to begin with and threw in some plot points last minute
