they're both good, but i liked the old snarky attitude more. the new one makes her look hopeless, like the whole game is running away from rapists until she magically finds an ak-47 in an ancient cave and then goes on a mall shooting spree. it makes no sense since she's never done anything like this before.

Yeah, the bow feels pretty sweet but all the other weapons feel lackluster. I hope dual wielding become a thing again. Lara isnt truly lara without her trademark pistols.

Do people actually liked the new Tomb Raider? I've never played the old one but TR2013 was one of the blandest game I've ever played. No ennemies variety whatsoever, the twists are predictable almost at the start of the games and Lara's change is laugthable.

Is it not possible for the community to mod it in somehow?

I had fun playing both new TRs

nu-lara has a prettier face but everything else about the old one is better. especially her attitude

the original series is way better. It's no story heavy, there are plenty of enemies and great platforming that is actually challenging. I can't understand why the fuck would they try to change the game.

Old is more of a charichature / stereotype and new one is more realistic. Both have their place.

I disliked it for the same reason i dont like other "cinematic experience" games
Its the typical AAA game with insulting levels of hand holding, QTEs, "puzzles" that a monkey could solve, TPS combat, etc.

It looks even worse now that ive started playing the old ones.

I'd love to see new Lara wearing the older game outfits, hopefully it will become a thing in the Shadow of the tomb raider
