I've played 4 hours into Legends (up to the boat fight) and I don't know if I'm feeling it. Love the world and characters but the game seems kinda uninteresting and a little dull. Is it worth continuing, or is it better to just watch the cutscenes or something?

No, they're just some bonus cases and costumes. One of the cases in Dual Destinies is basically a prequel to the game that shows Phoenix's first case after getting his badge back but it's not essential to the story at all.

I have no interest in another 2D Mega Man unless it’s something like Mega Man Universe. After 9 and 10 I don’t think they need to do more Classic games. And I didn’t really care for any X game past X2.

To be fair, it's more likely Man of Action's fault than Capcom. An animation studio is bound to be more savvy to cartoons currently on the market and have even less connection to the actual property, so they probably made that the pitch.

No one knows. There's a new plush line with Boom Sonic and Tails, though.

Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes was a great show until Loeb and Man of Action came in during the second season and turned it into fucking trash.

The first two seasons did great, made money and were generally pretty popular.

Sega's had a bit of a downer year though in general, with it's Pachinko machines flopping and Sonic Forces fucking them over, so much so that they had to reduce their financial forecast by about 20%. Total War and Mania are really the only things that over-performed for them this year (obviously Mania only overperformed because Sega's retarded, but whatever).

So while the show did fine and was profitable, it may or may not be profitable enough for them to waste time on another season at the moment, while they probably start to restructure or at least slim down certain departments.

All I know for certain is it's running in a doomed timeslot on Boomerang where nobody sees it, and it's garnered all its popularity via the internet, rather than regular means. But I'm not sure bemused Sup Forums posters are where a company makes most of its toy sales.
