I will always believe in Falcom.

Who gives a fuck about Falcom? Ys and TiTS is pure trash and grindy as fuck with too much content that is a waste of time
is it fair to say switch is a hipster machine?
I mean there are indies overpriced there and lots of AAA trash
This. If there's any company I'll always follow it's Falcom.
I wanna see Gurumin for Switch!
Falcom is right of course. There is room for it to become the same weebmachine the vita was but it isn't yet and they might as well let other companies shoulder the burden of turning it into one and jump in later.
Sounds to me like they're just afraid of getting burned because they're just as small as the other companies jumping in.
To me, if a rehash of SF2 can sell over 200k copies on the machine at $40, I'd say it's a safe bet to put Falcom's library on the Switch personally.
Wouldn't the only way to get your fan base on the system be to release your games on the system?
They could even do some easy ports like Oath or Origins. Or old Trails.
The Wii all over again it seems.
It was really a shame that never got weeb games.
I can only hope it because a weebmachine on par with the Vita.
I loved my Vita and aside from memory card issues, it was a great weebmachine
The vita is dead and dying. The switch is also more powerful than it, and would be able to expand on those franchises.
Bamco took the risk and now they're getting big off of it. Meanwhile Capcom is struggling to scrounge up actual games to get their Switch money.
It's also to note that the Senran Kagura Switch game was not hidden among menus on the Switch eShop, like the 3DS games were.
>It’s always been very important to look and see where our users are, so while we thought it was more than likely that many of our fans actually owned a 3DS, one of the trends of PC users is that they prefer gadgets and machines with a higher spec, which is obviously something that Sony was offering. So after a really careful consideration of both sides, we decided it was more likely that the people who wanted to play the types of games we made would want to play them on a PlayStation platform.
But your 3D games look like shit.
I love Ys to death, but honestly Falcom, what fans? All ten of them kept their Vitas handy to plays TiTs second chapter. If they did that, they'd buy a fucking Switch in a heartbeat.
Of course they're afraid of getting burned. I would like their games on the system too but the fact I want them there doesn't necessarily make it financially worth the effort. Hopefully Xenoblade is successful enough that companies see a demand for weebshit.
Hey, come on now user. We all know the Vita is finally dying out, but the Switch being more powerful? Lets not kid ourselves here.
You have plenty of retarded Nintendo fans that will eat up their old ass games sold at higher prices on their system. It's not hard to believe that a bunch of starved dogs will lap up whatever they can get.
BUT, as long as it's cool and retro. A massive JRPG that has high school girls with large breasts is entirely different though.
Both of these companies are massive Sony cocksuckers, who gives a shit? At least Falcom has had prior experience with Nintendo for decades, where as NIS made a shitty port of Disgaea for the DS and called the quits.
yes they are right, no one cares about shitty falcom games
they will fail on the switch
>All ten of them kept their Vitas handy to plays TiTs second chapter.
Majority of Trails fans are on PC, also SC was on PSP not Vita. 3rd is PC exclusive in the west and Zero cannot be played in English without emulation because it crashes constantly with the English patch on a hacked PSP.
Vita fanboys like on /vitagen/ have also disowned Falcom after they ported Cold Steel to PC.
>Both of these companies are massive Sony cocksuckers
Most Falcom and NISA games end up on PC as well at this point, Disgaea 5 is also on the Switch. They aren't against their games being on other platforms.
Switch did sell alot. Hardcore players still dont have them. Its pretty much Wii all over again.
I think Falcom's just fulfilling their own prophecies by telling themselves that their audience isn't there. They aren't going to gain an audience by waiting around and not releasing anything. NIS struck early and tried releasing a game for Switch, and they were rewarded for it. That's how you grow an audience.
>Hardcore players still dont have them
user, they're the only people who are currently buying it.
>I think Falcom's just fulfilling their own prophecies
Duh.
Anyone can tell you that using the "no audience" or any variation of such is just an example of the company lying through their teeth simply because it's not the system that appeals to an audience but the games itself.
>Most Falcom and NISA games end up on PC as well at this point
Pft, then where's that Hundred Knight game? It's been released on the PS3, then re-released on the PS4, and then got a sequel, and PC still hasn't gotten it.
>They aren't against their games being on other platforms
But most of their output has been on Sony consoles and will continue to be.
Last time Falcom put out a game on a Nintendo system it flopped. Falcom won't risk unless they really want too or think it's worth it (see making sen 3 PS4 only which ended up succeeding for them despite the vitafags still whining)
>Last time Falcom put out a game on a Nintendo system it flopped.
I'm not surprised. They decided to do silent releases and what, four games total outside of Japan?
If you couldn't make a killing on the DS of all systems then that's just plain incompetence.
