Want to like 3 better because everyone says it's better

>want to like 3 better because everyone says it's better
>keep trying to get into it
>always end up going back to 4 because of the graphics and goofiness of it

I mean it really got better since they patched all the missing stuff in

they haven't patched all of the missing stuff in though. they're holding out on seasons and university AGAIN. those were always the two best, in my opinion. i think once we get all of the content that we're gonna get in sims 4's lifetime, it'll be better than 3.

Agreed, but talking from a base game standpoint, I think Sims 4 is way more accessible. There's just something about the overall layout that makes it IMO better

Are there beastiality mods yet

The music in 4 is so much better but that's it OP

>release the same expansions for like three to four generations of the same game series

why is this allowed?

>always release some of the most essential mods last

Serious question, what is the strategy behind doing that?

>Wicked Whims still doesn't have rape options
Fuck.

>not knowing 2 is still the greatest by far

Yeah, for starters it doesn't run like fucking shit

I think we can all agree to that but it's hard going back, TS2 is hard on the eyes now that UI is ugly as sin

I think a lot of the base outfits are really good

They always hold seasons hostage because they never build the games eith it in mind, so they have to brute force it into the game after the fact.
I usually laugh at the HERPADURR ALL EXPANSIONS SHOULD BE IN BASE tards, but Seasons actually should be a core feature of a fucking life sim

No open world. Seriously it's difficult to be a life sim if everything isn't directly acted out. The "story progression" there just marries random people together and calls it a day. 3 used to be more spontaneous and exciting. I miss the chinman days

On another note, has anyone tried compressing 3 with compactGUI? Does it give any extra performance/reduces a lot of space usage?

>richfag laughing at us people who have budgets and lives
We don't care if each pixel was a separate expansion, we don't want to pay 400 just to fap to cartoon waifus

>buy pic related
>It's full of glitches
>fun enough still that I end up buying the bundle for vampires and city living
>no more glitches

Hmmmm

>mom walks in while im making a rape dungeon
>tell her its gonna be a hotel for dogs and their owners
if we could get a sims 3 with better graphics and easier to run, it would be the perfect sims

Are we the only two people on earth with this game? I can't find any info about it, even gamefaqs is barren.

Does anybody know when we'll get the other xpacs for consoles? City Living is honestly the one I wanted the less

The music in 4 is LITERALLY my jam

It still takes 2 expansions and 3 gamepacks to get half the content of Late Night.

And the game is just boring. No two sims feel unique to eachother because traits are fucking worthless, because keeping people happy is the easiest thing on earth, which just leads to everyone looking like goofy smiling retards all day forever.

This is my only gripe with TS4, it feels like those console games we got for gamecube and GBA where the needs would just go up super fast

I agree with you OP. It might be that I'm an adult now and have responsibilities that don't allow me to play for hours but I enjoy the experience TS4 offers. I think it's more accessible and friendlier to shorter play sessions. I know this is a bad thing for a lot of people here though, don't get me wrong, but I think the moods and the new UI makes for a more streamlined game with achievable goals, which is nice to me.
