Seriously why? This is modern-day Capcom we're talking about, and without any of the greats that made the classic RE games what they were. REmake was only good because Shinji Mikami and the team were still around at the time.There is no hope whatsoever that this won't be a soulless remake.

I agree that Revelations 1 was very mediocre, and Revelations 2 not much better (though a little better), but RE7 was good. Then again there's also Umbrella Corps so who the fuck knows how it will be. Do we know who the director is?

The director of it certainly gave a shit as he brought back an obscure character from an RE5 DLC he directed, that one being Lost In Nightmares, and used said character as the main villain.

The only people that said RE7 was a return to form was the public.
RE7s marketing was so minimalistic that in the 8 months between announcement to release we didnt see combat until a month before it came out. And it was in the demo.
7 was an amazing revitalization to the franchise and the only people who dont think so are spics and barafaggots.

Was talking mostly about revelations since I actually tried those. As someone who played RE1 since the beginning, RE7 did absolutely jack and shit to make me want to jump back into the series again. Oh hey, this time I AM the slow clunky camera! No thanks

Just play the original you cucks. Its been ported to numerous consoles, including PC. The only real thing its missing is that 180 degree turn from 3. Outside of that the game is amazing to this day. Some versions even have a nightmare difficulty from what I heard.

Instead of all these lame HD remasters and remakes that don't mean much, I would like to see from these gamen companies collection package deals with quality improvements. Like for example giving that turn move for RE 1 and 2 to help improve the games. Purists can just turn that stuff off. Just like the auto aim that was introduced in re-released versions of 1 first.

Instead though people prefer graphics overhauls rather than gameplay improvements in these re-releases. As long as the game doesn't look blurry on a monitor or tv then it should be fine. They are old games anyways. Making old graphics into higher and higher def is stupid to begin with.
