Best song of best game Momodora Reverie Under the Moonlight.

This is a 2D masterpiece of a platforming game with wonderful controls, pixel art, music, characters, and atmosphere.
If you buy it on playism, you get a drm free version, AND a steam key for the game.

I really like the artstyle.
If I ever make a game I will borrow it.

>new momodora was going to be 3D
>got canned because no one liked it
On the one hand I'm glad it didn't go 3D but on the other hand I want more momodora

There is a secret ability in the game which you can do at any time by pressing the directions Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right. This will cause a little faerie to come out and damage enemies on screen.
The directional movements for this ability are hinted at in game through being carved on a wall in the Royal Pinacotheca.

If you talk to Cath enough times after the Heretic Arsonist fight, you get secret dialogue.
Cath will say nervously, blushing, and sweating: "S-say, maybe we should hang out more once all of this is done..."
If you talk to Cath at Karst Castle when she looks defeated, and choose not to end her suffering, she will simply say "...", and not speak again. If you choose to end her suffering, Kaho will pray for her, and her body will disappear afterwards.

If you talk to Askorn more than once, you can get additional dialogue.
If you free him from the prison, he will later appear in the whiteleaf memorial park's graveyard, mourning over his wife Cecelia's grave. Leave and come back, and he will have left his robe and flowers on her grave.

If you talk to Eri when she hangs out at the last save point in Sacred Ordalia Grove, with a Hazel Badge(Key Item received from the bunny after giving her 15 ivory bugs), she will trade you the Blessing Charm for it.

Wait, it got cancelled?

The game even has a manual like old times.
If you talk to Eri when she hangs out at the last save point in Sacred Ordalia Grove, with a Hazel Badge(Key Item received from the bunny after giving her 15 ivory bugs), she will trade you the Blessing Charm for it.

In the battle with the winged demon girl atop Karst Castle's wall, you can distinguish the real one apart from her clones because the real one will show up slightly lower down than the fake ones.

If you defeat Lubella the Witch of Decay for the 2nd time, the Archpriestess Choir (Pardoner Fennel's older sibling) will appear at the monastery. The man with the lantern who first mentions his master will now mention the archpriestess when spoken to. If you talk to Choir BEFORE defeating Fennel, she will have different dialogue than after defeating Fennel. She will call the player a heretic from Lun.

He tweeted saying it was cancelled but now I can't find it, so maybe he deleted it and changed his mind?

There is a locked door in the monastery near the very long ladder. In order to enter it, and fight an optional boss, you must retrieve a soft tissue item that heals you, and give it to the pardoner's older sister.
The soft tissue can be obtained in the monastery by transforming into a cat. It's located somewhat near where you fight the pardoner.

There's another locked door that requires you to obtain 100% map completion before being allowed entry. It's a developer room, and it's located in the Monastery, above the shopkeeper.

In order to get the "true ending", the player must have optained the green leaf then defeat the final boss.

There is a thick, grey, stone wall blocking a path between two areas in the Subterranean Grave near the shopkeeper. The wall can only be destroyed by a bomb throwing creature in the area to the left of the wall.

Defeating any boss who has a health bar, without your own health raising or lowering during the fight, will result in that boss dropping a special, unique item for Kaho to use.
