it's well liked but being monthly with 20 pages/chapter and currently in a long tournament arc is a bad combo.

It goes way beyond fanservice and well into softcore porn territory, which I believe explains its relative lack of popularity. Even an otaku would hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

still in the tournament arc. we'll probably be there for another 7 chapters or so with the current pace. author loves his fight scenes, but so much action is actually being detrimental to the plot right now

Still in tournament arc, currently in fox mask vs a powerful literally who, this month chapter should be the end of that match, then lewd chapter in january and maybe then kazuya vs old bad guy. I don't expect this arc to be finished at least until june of next year.
