I'm pretty sure Kirby could. And I'm not talking about just plain old Kirby. I'm not even talking about Star Rod Kirby. I'm talking about Milky Way Wishes Kirby with access to the Copy Essences Deluxe and the ability to change to any ability and acquire any power whenever he wants, being able to infinitely turn powers into physical vessels to act as his allies and fight for him, the Copy Hat Copy Essence Deluxe that allows him to scan foes and steal their power while killing them in the process, being able to summon the Warp Star as always, but also being able to summon the Starship he used to combat Galactic Nova and Kabula, as well as being able to call upon and wield the Star Rod he used to destroy the Nightmare Wizard, the Rainbow Drops to form the Rainbow Sword he used to fight Dark Matter, the Heart Stars to form the Love-Love Stick he used to defeat Zero, Galaxia which he used to defeat Dark Mind, Daroach's Triple Star which he used to defeat Dark Nebula, and being able to summon Ribbon along with the 72 Crystal Shards to form the Fairies' Crystal and fuse into Ribbon's Shard Gun which he used to defeat 02, while also keeping a Miracle Fruit close by for access to the Hypernova power he used against Queen Sectonia. And this isn't even taking into account Kirby being able to combine powers into new abilities, being able to use Super abilities, or even his Robobot Armor that allowed him to do battle against Star Dream, who was basically a cosmic super-computer God that could alt-delete things from reality.

Keep in mind, Kirby doesn't just have loads of firepower up his non-existent sleeves. He's indestructible, and I don't mean the NANOMACHINES, SON kind. He's beyond that. This is a guy who has been burned, frozen, electrocuted, smashed, crushed, stabbed, sliced, punched, shot, roasted, squashed, stretched, blown up, sucked up into black holes and alternate dimensions, eaten, sucked, chewed, run over, slammed, axed, bashed, impaled, and sent to the fucking moon, yet every single time he gets hit or knocked down, he just casually shakes it off, and IF for some reason his threshold is reached and he can't take anymore, wanna know what he does? He goes to sleep. You read that right. He fucking power naps the pain away and wakes up when he feels like it, ready and charged for another round.

If anyone's gonna defeat Ultra Instinct Mega Man, I think Kirby could be the one.
