Combat is still shit, story is still shit, quests are still shit, and Bahamut still looks like garbage

I already played the game. Square Enix doesn't just get to ""fix"" it a year after it released and expect everyone to just replay it.

It's a fundamentally bad game. You can't fix it.

I didn't pay full price for an early access game where crucial features were added a year after release.

Are you still forced to play with those awful looking characters? Because if so, everything is not fixed.

Does the story make sense now?

Do the cuteness flow naturally and not feel like someone slapped a bunch of random stuff together?

Is there more character developing dialogue that makes me actually feel connected to the characters?

Do I still have to spend 2 hours mourning over the death of a character we only knew for like 2 cutscenes?

Does the music actually play in the game and not randomly for like 1min?
