Are there any castlevania like mmos? Low fantasy, low flashy setting, maybe some rpg elements thrown in here and there and non spammy? Ive seen most d/sidescroll mmo reccomendations but its just chinese kill 200 enemies on a screen while watching huge numbers flash. I really just want to know if there is something simple visually, non flashy, with a good combat system as aria of sorrw/symphony of the night with actual content. Thanks

I hate how no one will ever expiernce this golden gem of a game again in its prime. Just the fucking sound track alone is one of the best renditions of castlevania music.

Something like this is a game i've always dreamed of having.

The closest i've had was Maplestory, but the similarities end at "2d and platforming"

Just today i had a dream which involved castlevania combat, with a full physics engine (crashing ship, with the wind blowing players out of it left and right and the ones that stayed on it actually fighting the very first boss) shit ws very hectic. So sad nothing really comes close

One can only hope that theyll port it to pc one day, maybe it would revive the community.

I hope they do I'd pay 40~ dollars for a definitive edition of the game with all the dlc. I'd honestly pay more but most people wouldn't.

The point is this is nowhere close to Castlevania both in style or even the way it plays.

"2d sidescroller" doesn't make them similar games.

What you want is a single player experience not a mmo.

You know that mmos consist of more elements and come in wide variety right? Some aspects are grinding, farming, looting, leveling, crafting etc flashy numbers is not mmos at least not all thats why i stated clear conditions. I swear v smolders brains on a hourly basis nowdays

Thats why i asked. i know of that one xbox 360 game but thats literally it. the rest is some chinese ripoffs of the brawler genre. there are only like 2 games that come close to what i want but boths are sp only unfortunately with limited content

I was talking about the castlevania 1 dlc dracula. The dlc didn`t count for the trophies and I was a poorfag that time so I just had my friend host the dlc
