I hate how themes work on PS4, i wish you could mix icons, backgrounds and fonts from different themes like on PS3 and as soon as you go into menus on PS4 it just goes to the normal default theme

Truant Pixel's video about making this theme shows they pulled off some coding miracle to make it happen, and even so it still lacks some stuff like the light trails on the glowing orbs.

This is quite nice. The "Legacy" at the start is a little minus at would be better with "PlayStation 4" in that font, but it's understandable for the creators.

The sounds are authentic and the top section is ok, but everything else is bland. The main section you interact with 90% of the time it's just a black background. They should have shown a little creativity and done something with the startup cubes on the blue bg to keep the space interesting. The most memorable part of the PS2 design - the white motion trails - are completely absent.
This could have been amazing but it's just kinda cool. Disappointment

I don't even think you can play an audio disc in the PS4 or play 4K BD discs in the Pro. It's actually comical and people will still defend this console.
I have it, it's really nice but it makes me realize how much I don't like how the PS4 menus are organized because all the applications lined up which blocks a lot of themes and a lot of screens just won't show your theme
