If anything I appreciate the honesty of not selling base 3DS versions of them if the 3DS can't run them properly, like that was the case for Hyrule Warriors. Considering the DSi and to a lesser extent the GBC happened, there's a sort of precedent to this. What I'm more upset about is how it took a almost a year for the US to get the regular sized N3DS and in the mean time Japan got all sorts of neat cases.
No one remembers them because not only did very few of them come out (there were like only 5 or so games tops) but they all together sold only like 10,000 copies combined in the entire world, most of which was japan.

A DS flashcart can run SNES emulators. A hacked 3DS can run SNES emulators.
