For how long will Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft continue to dominate the console market? When will a new company successfully join the competition?

Probably never? Microsoft is more likely to drop out eventually.

I want to fuck Star

Maybe apple in the future, sony it's currently the apple of consoles so it's just a matter of time when apple decides to take his cake.

...

>Microsoft
>Dominating anything this gen
lol

micro$ by all rights should be 5 minutes from getting the boot but they have never given a singular shit about sales and get all their shit from faggots who keep paying for the cancerous shit that is windows 10, they are literally OS EA in that regard.
Sony is winning the console war by far but the rest of their company is a god damn dumpster fire. they need to get their collective shit together and dump the shitty blu-ray shit or things will probably go really bad for them next gen unless they sell this well in that gen as well which only subsidizes them being lazy as almighty shit in all their other divisions.
Nintendo got its shit properly wrecked by the Pii U being a complete and utter fiasco, but they seem to have finally gotten their shit in gear with the switch because they remembered 3rd party is a thing and they need to stop fucking those guys over constantly.
A new console is actually perfect to sneak in on this environment in my opinion, any one of the 3 could end up fucking right off in that face, and i think it might be microsoft for a while since they seem to suck at this console thing, atari might make the jump back in if their vaporware ataribox actually turns out to be more then hot air, if Gaben actually ever gets off his fat ass and decides to actually push the steambox that could be a thing as well, but who the hell knows at this point.

Outsold the Switch in November NPD

Bullshit.

>Xbone
>outselling anything
i bet the fucking vita outsold the god damn Xbone.

That being said, Nintendo and Apple share nearly the exact same business model and corporate culture/philosophy.

Step aside ladies, and make sure to curtsy. The king is back.

I still don't understand how it got 10 million dollars. That fucking blows my mind.

>Valve ever doing anything ever again
Don't get your hopes up user. They'll just disappoint you.

please stop starting bait threads with this Steven Jewniverse nu-Cartoon shit

what do you have against Disney cartoons?

the minimalism meme has gone too far

the cuckqueen is not videogames

People didn't understand what it was.
They did a "what game would you like to see" for it, and people, for some reason, thought it could play everything ever envisaged.
They wanted to play GTA5 and skyrim on what was essentially a stripped-down phone, so they dumped money into people who had no idea what they were doing.

Clarence doesn't really fit in with the others. I liked the design philosophy in that show. Reminded me of Hey Arnold or Recess. Very grounded in reality. I think it's important kids have cartoons like that.

I want this to work so badly but I'm not going to throw $250 (minimum) at a box that I don't know will be worth buying. I'm also worried that will be the mentality of many people and it will just flop.

Have you seen it recently? The character designs are pretty much normal but the show has completely gone insane, it's really bizarre (not that it's a bad thing)

Fucking love Disney They're actually doing really well, Star is so much better than when it started, Sick Tales is surprisingly good, GOTG is amazing, Spider-Man isn't as good as the last one but still not bad and Pickle and Peanut is unironically one of my favorite shows right now. But fuck Disney for not renewing Randy Cunningham, that was the best, most underrated show I've seen in years.

>some company tries to create new hardware
>some big company either sues them or hostile takeover via shares
>most hardware providers are already so down the rabbit hole with current companies that finding new bussiness partners is pointless
I mean

I don't really keep up with it but I'll watch it when it's on TV. I haven't seen an episode in a while though. I remember hearing that they actually had Sumo move to a different school be a permanent change and that's as recent as it gets for me.

Though I've seen some of it's great surrealist episodes like the chicken "Eye's Wide Shut' one and the Cuphead one.

The cuphead one? You mean Goldfish Follies? The rubber hose animation or did I miss a cuphead one?

Yeah I was talking about Goldfish Follies. I just was comparing it to Cuphead because they were both made by people who clearly respect and understand that early era of animation.
