The GEP gun takedown is always the most silent way to eliminate Manderly

I like to pick my nose

Take me down to the bar.

Bartender:
>lol in hongu kongu we hab reel freedomz, if we suck triad cock hard enuff, they let us run a store, even if they take half our money. boi america sure sux!

first time playing, how do I make it more fun?

I'm at the part where you go in the UNATCO jail after getting caught in the subway and I've been using the pistol with a laser strapped on it. I just one hit kill everyone from miles with headshots and like one or two points in the pistol skill. Got a point in lockpick and hacking skills, speed augments and that's about it.

What a shame.

>UNATCO?

>first time playing, how do I make it more fun?
Start over and do a non lethal run

>he doesn't do silent takedowns

OH MY GOD JC A BOMB

Doing pretty well so far on your first playthrough, well done user

It's an old game and it's widely agreed that it has some weapon balance issues. As a general rule, if you find a weapon overpowered to the point that it's making things less fun, you could try forcing yourself to not use it. For instance, if you're unskilled in rifles you could limit yourself to those. Or you could go melee only but (very mild spoiler) later you'll encounter a melee weapon with its own balance issues

Non-lethal only or total stealth are also fun but you need to be patient/have plenty of free time for those.

crossbow, i like to make a silent takedown

OWHHHH

ARGGG

UHHHH

GAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Do you even realistic difficulty? Don't be a pussy, B-B-B-BUT IT'S MY FIRST RUN! is not an excuse. I went non lethal for most of it, only started killing people when I got to Paris with all the fucking bionic commandos

t. first run was on realistic, greatest 60+ hours of my gaming life

I know this is a Deus Ex thread, but cossbow was awesome in Human Revolution. It's a game set in a similar world, cyberpunk and all that shit. There crossbows would nail an enemy to a wall.

iron cock

GO IN, AND GO IN, AND GO IN

Dude that sounds awesome.

Roll for soda flavor.
Odds get orange.
Even gets lemon lime.

>grab a rifle
>attach a silencer
>attach ALL THE FUCKING UPGRADES
>max relevant weapon handling skill
>actively try to contain your orgasm as you point the completely unmoving crosshairs on the heads of every single mook you see, before you silently empty their brains on the floor by holding your left mouse button for a second.

>that part in Paris where you have a dialogue option to go full Alex Jones rant on a random bartender for no reason
>the bartender is just like "lmao sure dude"

well done, user

...

>60+ hours to beat a 30 hour game

Sounds boring homie.

>30 hours
I bet you don't even look everywhere and read every message or hack every computer

I am absolutely the person to explore every area and exhaust every dialogue option.

Reloading your save until you get the perfect stealth kill and making every area take 2x as long is boring, son.

Jesus christ I once gave it to that kid who gives the code to the door behind soda vending machine. Feel guilty now.

Okay, but did you say Requiescat in pace when killing Maggie Chow and then crouched on her head repeatedly for half an hour?

A BOMB

This. Tried going non-lethal last run but once I got to the MJ12 troops I was out of mercy and they were just too fun to cut down.

How in the fuck can you spend 60 hours
Even if you literally look everywhere and read everything it doesn't come close to that
t. someone why has maxed swimming just to scan every last corner of the canals

I remember the playthrough I realized I could "lockpick" doors and lockers with the GEP. That was nice

threw my hoardin' caution to the wind last run and used LAMS as lockpicks, felt good.
