There are a few different scenes and dialogue thats heard from going down certain routes that give at least 6 different endings. Sure most of the actual climbing will be the same for the most part but its really just a choose-your-adventure anime with a puzzle mini-game and thats more endings with actual closure/meaning than others that sold themselves on their endings and consequences like ME or Tyranny.

sequel would be unrelated goldenplayhouse game. Maybe with similar mechanics. Persona games are all closed stories.
