Well alright then.
I'm pretty fucking disappointed. SJ was a great fucking game but it still needed some simple ironing out to fix some minor things. Instead of this being a genuine remake or even jus a truly enhanced port all we got is an incompetent "remake" from Atlus because they were lazy and needed something to release for the 25th anniversary. What could of have been a an enhanced port of an already great game just feels like a cheap cash in. The game looks and sounds barely any different from the original ds version. In some some areas it looks terrible even, they used this ugly "smudge" effect for the tiles and it can be ugly depending on the tile. The new art looks fucking terrible and is a disgrace to the original art. I get they wanted to make art for every vrew member with a name but holy fuck does it look amateur as fuck and like they locked an intern in a room for a week. A lot of the new "features" are mostly just shit to make the game easier which is bizarre as SJ really was never a truly difficult game to begin with. The new content is sort of cool but even that isn't perfect. It sort of shits on the story of the original as it basically says "lol, those ending you have known for years were the bad endings, THESE are the real endings" which pisses me off. Alex seems genuinely pointless to, she's not even shilled and just kind of there it seems. Though some of the new bosses look great.

But that's great. SMT should have every ending be shitty to a degree. The point is about how you, the player, see the world and what is the least shitty. I see people stand by the SMTIV law ending and that has you genicide an entire race of people, people still accept because it is what they see as the best for humanity.

No they don't, that's just you thinking they do. Just because II has law as its focus and III has chaos as its focus doesn't mean those are the canon endings.
IV:A is a separate universe from IV, it just happened to be based on the neutral route of IV.

It's the human's fault that the big players are screwing everything up in the first place, you can't fault the demon's who've helped you defeat them and all the innocents like the Fairy Forest's residents for that.
It's clearly shown that demon's are perfectly rational (at least to the same extent as humans) and it's also proven that they can all get along without all of the alignment bullshit, but apparently it's okay to murder them because a big yellow head in the sky is a total dick.
