get best girl

Play 50 hours

Shoot them until they die.

learn the maps. that's 80% of it

more like 500

Play a different game

Its a trash game to play solo. You need to play with non retards so you either get friends or ditch it.

Get a stack of people to play with, the community in this game is absolute cancer to the max.

Never peek a corner without leaning and ADS
Rush as an attack sometimes, it can be unexpected
Talk shit and trigger the other team so they mess up
Use pistols more, they're good and broken now

Try to save your drone at the beginning of the round if possible. Always drone out your path before bum rushing in, and don’t follow teammates who are rushing, you have more time than you think usually. Knowing where people are is the biggest advantage you can have on attack. I run siege on a potato that gets 25 fps max but I can still do well if I play it safe

I genuinely hope you will be able to afford or get a better PC in the future user, I remember the struggle and I don't want anyone else to go through it longer than they have to.

im retarded and spent 380 of my starting 600 Ucredits on a booster instead of Dokka

Pistols or broken?

Meow

Dokkaboo isn't even that good, though.

Just bought this bundle. I like it.

Just keep playing. I do a match a night. Its bugger all, fun and you learn a lot. I usually get teamed up with some good people that actually help and encourage so it makes the experience better.

Play with friends
Watch videos
Watch some pros
And just play some more casual and have fun

What the fuck am I looking at

Leave your drone at choke points or areas where 2-3 common routes intercede, it is the best way to keep track of roaming defenders, pre-aim where you think opponents might be, corners, behind shit etc, always be ready to return fire where it is likely to come from especially late in a round as you're more likely to have less information on exact whereabouts the longer the round goes on, but that depends how it all unfolds really.

As defender, if you are confident you haven't been droned out roaming is a very viable option, being at the other end of the map from the objective usually plays out one of a few ways, the favourable ones being the enemy team enters near you where they think it is safe, unexpectedly runs into you, you cause some damage or get some kills, or they enter between you and the objective and you're already in a good flanking position.

If you get droned out while roaming, and can't return to an area completely controlled by your team, try to camp somewhere you can only be approached from one or two angles, then just monitor those carefully, holding tight angles and not exposing yourself like an idiot. Even if you don't get a kill but can tie down 2-3 attacking operators for 60 seconds you've accomplished something. Especially someone like jager who can use their specialty shit before the round begins and you don't necessarily need to stay near the objective.

Get used to using your ping, even if you don't know map layout and room/area callouts you can just ping an enemy and say "[number] on ping, [operator name(s)]" Also calling out location relative to the objective is very effective as either team, as long as attackers discovered it during drone phase "caveira roaming, east side of objective somewhere" is better than no information at all.

I was considering buying just the headgear but I'm not sure if I like it more than the one I have.

I don't get what you're asking. Pistols are broken now yeah, especially the FBI 5.7. Pistols have virtually no recoil (besides revolver and Deagle) so you can spray with them much faster and not have to worry about so much recoil. When I say they're good and broken, I mean they're broken-ly overpowered for what they're supposed to actually be/do.

Oh I forgot to add, since hatches are an easy way for either team to move down through a building, and there are always fewer routes to ascend, watching a stairwell or ladder when you know for sure an opponent has to come up it is very effective.

This is more effective as attacker, since as a defender you might lock a defender downstairs from you, they can just go outside and rappel up again anyway, it's a delay but you don't have them completely boxed in, defenders obviously can't do that, and are limited to stairwells/ladders

Did they rip off fucking Zarya? A character from a game that's already a ripoff?

>Play first match
>Get some french spewing baguette
>Teamkills two people the second the match starts
cool

Frenchies are the cykas of Siege

unlucky queue up again

I did. It was for Article 5 anyways so it took like 12 tries to find a team that didn't die instantly

>some losers spewing rick and morty memes at each other and laughing maniacally
>teamkill as soon as the round starts
>we lose round 1 and now its 3v5

It's just trial and error, and don't worry about teammates ragging on you. Some stuff you'll learn through failure, others may be called out by teammates. But it is a game where you watch, listen, and learn.

Eventually you'll be able to read situations and you'll go from getting wrekt every round to clearing 2 4v1s and clutch 2 matches for your team within an hour.

Im at about 18 hours now on PC, and maybe in total about 20-30 on PS4, and I still don't know everything, nor am I near anywhere good, but I can be less than horrible enough to win matches, and be of use some of the time.

i hope you like grinding out terrorist hunt till you get 12500 r6 credits than, plus doki doki is kinda underwhelming

the most essential part is learning the maps first obviously, you arent going to ever do anything of value until you understand every ranked map in and out
youll get killed all the time by gay spots and spawn peeks so its just dying over and over to them until you understand how to avoid them or predrone them so you can prefire them

next is basic gamesense but you should have already come with this since this isnt your first fps game ever, right?

then lastly is just understanding the games core mechanic of peeking = winning, its not like cs where it has defenders advantage, here its attackers advantage, more ping = enemies take longer to react to you = easier peeks

>FPS on rails
>pay to win

>on rails
what
>pay to win
w h a t

Deliberately throttle your own internet so you have a minimum of 100 ping

Ckdkkfkf

learn the maps (i.e camera spots, common hiding spots)
don't go anywhere that hasn't be droned already
have semi-decent aim
never peak unless you're leaning and in ADS
learn what each operator does
bam you're the best play in your tri-state area

learn the maps to know where the fuck you are, where to peek, where to cross, where to plant, etc. Learn the operators to know what they can do, what they might have setup around you, and just know what they look like when you see them or when you hear call-outs to know what's coming. Just play more. You probably don't have that much time in the game, and with more games under your belt, the better you will be. Trust me, it is frustrating as hell at first, but once you learn shit and gain confidence, it will only make you better and your mistakes easier to correct

>tfw W/L is .50 and K/D is .39
I should just stop

50 is about right.

siege doesnt have a high skill ceiling bud. Fun game just not "hard"

No just keep grinding it out and learn from your mistakes
we're all gonna make it bro and you're no exception

Don't worry about it. Take breaks, learn maps and mistakes.

It was ~70 for me before I started playing Siege in a more "3d" manner

>Frenchies are the cykas of Siege
Oh no no no...the cykas are still there, they are simply joined by shitty arab/turk children speaking french/german/english.
>game is 18+
>is full of squeakers
Fuck you ubishit and fuck steamturd for allowing this underage cancer.

Nah. 70 hours seems right

DONT FUCKING REINFORCE KIDS ROOM FUCK

>tfw 60 hours in
>tfw doing worse than when i had 40 hours in
why

It's too fast for what it's supposed to be, a rainbow 6 game. Too arcadey, also. If you need friends for game to be a good experience then it is big minus.

There's matchmaking.

>house
>castlecades on all the shower windows
>pretty sure that's "wrong" but he's 200 levels higher than me and looks like he knows what he's doing anyways

can this game run on a toaster?

Any game where you only have one life and a fast TTK is going to massively be benefited from teamwork and cooperation

Higher MMR or you're over thinking shit

shouldn't the matchmaking try to steer me towards 50%?
i'm at like 45% and dropping

you don't NEED friends for it to be it just there's a huge benefit from communication which randoms don't really do

yea a Toaster Master Deluxe TI with 5 slots

maybe

Same

Just play Ela, Hibana, or BlackBeard

Thtas next level, I hope to get there someday

Kaffwm

>breach into a room with another guy
>He downs one of the terrorists, I finish him off and move in to clear the room
>Get shot in the back, team kill
>????
>"Don't steal my kills, faggot"

Uninstalled and never touched again

Well don't steal his kill faggot.
