Paragon Control is pretty much the superior ending anyways. Might as well put the reapers to good use repairing all the damaged they caused. They can protect people while the governments get their shit back together, too. And all that's before the improvements that newly non-homocidal reaper tech can bring.
The worst thing you'll have to deal with is people being traumatized by the sight of them.
