"How do you afford to buy all those video games, user?"

>"How do you afford to buy all those video games, user?"

>buy
you got it twisted from the start

I have a job

selling drugs and making pirated games for nigs.

Theres a reason why we bother with $2k pc builds instead of a $300 console

I lucked out and invested in bitcoin back when I was in highschool.

>being a productive member of society
fucking leave. now.

what do you do user?

I thought his dreams were to kill kids in their sleep for laughs

how do you get "productive member of society" out of "i have a job"

I apologize, I’ve been drinking a lot of soy lately

I make/deliver pizza
Doesn't pay much but covers the rent/util with enough for vidya/booze

Called having a job

Design laboratories

I substitute teach.
$100 a day after taxes, usually, to put on a movie or go through someone else's class plan.
The only hard part is waking up at 6:30 every morning.

$100 a day is really shitty that's like literally minimum wage

Consoles aren't $300, I got my Dreamcast for like $50

>100 dollars a day for 8-10 hours
you wanna know how I know youve never had a job before?

>$2000/month to substitute is bad

FUCKING MILLENIALS

is this bait? I was working minimum wage last year and I'd get 400 a week IF i got hours

$2,000 a month is fucking shit, that's literally minimum wage you can make that much money just bagging shit at a grocery store which is way, way easier

No wonder you guys pirate games, that's literal poverty tier

I bet you kiss girls too, faggot.

either you're one of us or you're 35+ and raging about kids on a videogame subforum for a japanese anime fansite

either way you're raging over bait

No, we pirate games because it’s based as fucked

Federal employee here.

You guys pay for my games lolol.

Substitutes don't work every day, user.

welfarebux

If you're old enough to post here and under the age of 40, you're a millennial.

Nah it ain't bait nigga, go stock shelves and you'll make that much money at my first job as a high school drop out I was making about $3,000 a month just doing security at shows, don't supply teachers have to go to teachers college?

>buy

>federal employees don't pay taxes
?????

It's a little bit more than that, but remember that's AFTER taxes. About $11 after taxes, and minimum wage is $10 before taxes.
I'm in at 7:30 and out at 3 every day, I can choose not to work any day I need to, and I have absolutely no stress other than making sure they don't murder each other. It's literally $100 to read names and then put a movie on three times, or walk around the classroom and make sure they're on task.

I'm in a relatively big city, with around 10 districts and 40ish high schools and middle schools in a half hour drive, not to mention over 100 elementary schools.
I work every day I want to.

I fuck dudes user
Girls are for faggots and niggers

I actually buy games when they're cheap. So far Wolfenstein TNO/TOB and Yooka-Laylee were my most expensive games at $20 each.

>teacher's college
it's just called college user

is this why you're a dropout

I want to join the army but feel that my aspergers will fire up when getting yelled at or whatever. i'm not good around people.

I like you.

$24,000 a year is garbage pay and that's not spending anything for the year.

>pirate

I have gainful employment.

Yeah bud $11 an hour is shit, I wouldn't brag about that
Nah bud they have teachers college underage faggot, I'm a drop out because there's no point in finishing school

>army
Literal retard tier. Join the air force or just get a job dude

Male scort.

My parents died and I got all their money. Instead of using it for something like investing, starting a business, or school, I'm a NEET. All I spend money on is food, water, electricity, internet, and video games.

>tfw I only have a few thousand dollars left
How does a 29 year old shut-in with no experience working or volunteering get a job? I don't even know how to make a resume, how would I explain the 10 year black hole?

Or be a cop, starting salary for a cop is like 50k, you don't even need high school for that

>covers the rent/util with enough for vidya/booze

this right here
this is the life

Oh, you're Canadian.
That explains it.

I relate to this too much
halp

NEET here, i save up all my money (i don't get much at all and it's usually from selling my old stuff) and spend it during holiday sales. December is the best month of the year for me. I bought all the gothics, ESO, BDO, hollow knight, morrowind and FO4 and a month for PS+ for a little over $100. These will keep me afloat for at least 6 months. I even have enough money saved away for monster hunter world, it's the only game i will have bought full price in 2 years.

I'm work at a sales barn basically herding sheep, goats, and calves while simultaneously making sure the Amish don't fuck everything up by putting them in the wrong pens. It's a cold, hard, unrewarding job but at least I can take a day off whenever I feel like it and my boss will understand.

How much did you inherit? I got my grandfathers money too, my mom is mad she didn't get anything kek

Buy a gun, a single bullet, and go from there.

be honest with your employer. work at retail or someplace simple, it's a place to learn work ethic

yes and there's a college of business and a college of medicine etc etc

but we don't call it that you mong, it's just
>college

Let the water hold you down

>400 a week
Holy shit, I was lucky to make that much in a month on minimum wage

>afford
but videogames are free?

Depends on your country. I make $1000/month and live comfortably, in terms of gaming I have a Switch, PS4 Pro, PSVR and a 4k tv, none of which I have paid with credit, just saving money.

its literally me

Enjoy selling your vidyas and living in the streets

Same boat except I'm 28

No it's called teachers college, ask anyone that's what it's called that's what the teachers even call it dumb cunt don't tell me shit you don't know about dumb foreignigger
$1,000 a month is awful
>buying modern game consoles
Id rather wipe my ass with my money

work at gamestop

tbf i was working a full forty most weeks and still scrabbling for hours

If you have an education, go do something with it (if you're lucky)
If not, go get a labor job, you won't make millions but you'll make enough (maybe)

Do hard labor for some local government department (transportation, environmental, etc). They'll hire any warm body, and if you actually put yourself into your work, they notice, and they'll work with you on advancement or transfering. Probably.

>labor
I think you missed the part where he's been sitting on his ass for 10 years

I don't spend $300 on liquor every weekend.

How autistic are you?
Not everything is done exactly the same as where you are.

I don't spend money on drugs or alcohol so I got plenty money left for video games.
I still don't spend as much on video games as your average normie spends on drugs or alcohol.

>spend 4 years of my life failing uni
>couldn't run away from responsibility anymore with everyone asking questions
>started an apprenticeship for office instead

Meh.
Atleast once this is over i will get 55k a year. Should be enough to play videogames for 2 hours a day

So don't tell me how things are done here then dumb nigger we call it teachers college, you call it some dumb foreign shit I don't care about

No social life.
Patience and backlog enough that I can wait for sales.

welp, time to get in shape if you wanna eat
well, in shape enough to stand all day

>$1,000 a month is awful
It's middle class salary tier where I live. Enjoy your over priced country, user.

I buy used PS2 games from CEX, because there's still a lot of games on that console that I want to play, and my shitty laptop can't handle PS2 emulation.

>spends hundreds of dollars a week on alcohol and going out with friends
>user how can you spend so much money on video games????
Gee it's almost like we have different hobbies.

If that was a fucking option

I live in the greatest country in the world

i teach 2nd grade in a somewhat rural area. cost of living is low, pay isnt great i guess but its more than i've ever made before so i'm happy.

all those what now? fuck outta my house, nerd

Jesus christ that's a little bit of an exaggeration. $20 can get you 2 big ol bottles of cheap vodka that will last you a week, maybe 2, for me a month. I think it's physically impossible to drink that in two days.

>work night shifts doing security for a call center
>good rate of pay
>12 hours to myself doing nothing
>spend all night playing video games I bought with the money I made playing video games all night
the real difficult part is explaining why I'm so content with just a shitty security job because none of them will understand

That wouldn't be a good mass shooting.

How's the internet?

Courier.
Best job I've ever had. Salary is kinda bad but I get to work alone at night so little to no social interaction needed and I get to drive around and listen to music/podcasts/audiobooks. Doesn't even feel like work 90% of the time.

> buying into the dreamcast meme

>mfw I earned ~$60 a day for the last 4 months busting my ass stocking shelves third shift
Some people don't know just how good they have it.

> even being asked this
Normies out

If that helps you sleep at night.

Go to plumbing school now why you have some cash left.

You should just get your ps2 modded.

Yes, let's all be welfare leeches instead!

Where do I get Xbox One games for free?

That sounds like a great job.

right now i have 10 down DSL, but the town just recently got a local fiber ISP to move in with up to 200 down so i'll be moving to that soon.

>Tfw neet
>Appreciate games so much more than i did while working
It's fun to slowly go through games to make them last a long ass time, doing everything possible instead of rushing through it an hour a day before you pass out from being over worked and under paid.

I have something similar. The boss is cool and said basically do what you want all night so long as you do your basic admin tasks.
