Kinda depends on your personal school of philosophy, because it's the bread question in digital format. Is it immoral to steal bread? How about if you need it to survive? How about if it wouldn't be missed? Is it immoral to steal a game? What about if it doesn't devalue the original? What if it helps keep someone entertained and happy that couldn't afford entertainment otherwise?

Personally I'd say yes, because stealing is accepted as an immoral behavior in society, but it's a soft yes as our society freely engages in piracy while dancing around its definition as an act of stealing in some capacity or another.
