Asked this is a previous thread, but I can't seem to block dashes with 2H. I try to do it after blocking the dash, but I usually end up getting countered or the opponent is pushed back too far for my 2H to hit. I find that blocking and countering with an assist like Kid Buu or Piccolo works best to shut down such a yolo strategy and reflecting it with 4S is good when there's no lag. Definitely picking this game up and playing it alongside SFV and Gundam Versus for my fighter fix. All that's left is to hope Soul Calibur VI doesn't disappoint like Tekken 7.

Don't block the dash then punish with 2H, react and hit them out of the dash with 2H. It's an anti air with head invul or air invul or something like that. You'll beat super dash every time if you time it properly.

What's the deal with the Smash properties heavies have? Seems like those moves beat out everything, or that might have just been because some of beerus' normals have no range. Fucking love that 2M though.

This game is garbage because approaching at all has a 90% chance to end with you eating a 50% damage super. It's retarded

If your mashing dragon dash or the charge in attack yeah you'll eat random supers. Don't over commit and remember you can block in air.
