I always thought that the flashbacks were regarding Morgan's time in the apartment, totally threw me off when I realized it was the Typhon breaking out of the simulation temporarily.

Dark messiah is good but it's their weakest game by far

Nu Prey's story was really bad.

It was a cool little thing, story was never very good in Shock games anyway.

You're fucking kidding, right? Bioshock was a rigid, bland pile of shit compared to Prey. It's not perfect, but it's damn good, and WAY better than Bioshock. I'd also say it's more like System Shock x Bioshock x Deus Ex HR.
