Not really. I liked the cheesiness of the OC characters' lyric tracks but the "at least the music is good" defense got old over a decade ago in this franchise, and Sonic Forces' soundtrack isn't even that stellar compared to other games in the franchise. The classic Sonic tracks are arguably some of the worst tracks I've heard from the series, excluding Chronicles and Sonic Eraser.

I don't think the classic Sonic songs are as bad as everyone is saying they are. The melodies are quite catchy. I'm sure people wouldn't mind them if they were composed like actual Genesis music rather than synth made to replicate the sound, or if it were composed by Tee Lopes.
