You have most of what you need already. RDR, Uncharted and TLOU are the most relevant games.

I would add Ni no Kuni (trust me, you need that game. I thought i didn´t either but then i got it for like 5 bucks and it was fucking awesome), Folklore if you can get it, Dragon´s Dogma (great fucking game) and Batman Arkham city if you haven´t already.

There's also a lot of nice PS1 and PS2 games on PSN. I like Rayman Revolution, CTR, and Chrono Cross, among others. Also remember every PS3 supports PS1 discs.

Whatever you do OP don't buy the PS2 games. They're broken to high hell.

How are they broken? They only ones I have are Rayman Revolution and Odin Sphere, and they seem to work fine.

Most PS2 games have been remade/remastered on PS3/4 so that's fine with me

If you played nier automata and haven't gotten into the drakengard series, drakengard 3 and nier gestalt are on ps3. Playing through nier now, and it's essentially a ps2 game for the ps3, make of that what you will.

Search for the disc only games of the ps3 and get those first before they get more expensive

It varies from game to game from graphical glitches to games not working outright. There's no real rhyme or reason to it personally I was playing SMT Nocturne and it would softlock during the conception scene at the beginning but only if you play in 60hz.

You can hack it to install free games, the hack is done fairly easily. Works on the latest firmware on most ps3 slim models.

Warhawk was a great PS3 game. I don't know if there is anyone playing anymore, but it was a blast. I never played the sequel "Starhawk", but it's probably just as good.

Homebrew it, the process is semi simple now. Just beat Persona 5 on it tonight, would defiantly recommend that... The PS4 version is just 60fps and thats the only difference I believe. Currently have around 100 games to get through now on PS3 alone.

The resistance series was a nice Halo-like imo. Online is ofcourse dead, but story mode is good enough to warrent the cheap purchase
