Yuffie by far. She has actual personal motivations (her homeland and proving herself) to offset her genki archetype and give her some depth and make her not obnoxious unlike everyone else except Princess Sara in her category.

Selphie is the worst in that category instead. A massive achievement considering that group contains suicide manipulators, pathological cowardly liars and totally meaningless party members. She is actually retarded, crazy, axe crazy, dresses like a five-year-old and has stupid hair. She's the most childish FF character, developmentally brought on by GF usage and trauma I would wager. Also she's not even sexy and looks like a twig, especially when you consider FMVs the most canonical.

She's better than Quistis though.

Yeah it's hard to tell. Sometimes it looks like midriff but it might be the lighting making the white/silver colour, like the trim on the seed uniforms, the same tone as her skin.
