Monster Hunter's such a good series.
objectively mediocre
Why do you keep posting this?
You're a big game
but arthritis is amazing right?
>mounting on the cover
Best MH forever.
3 is better.
Brainlet who can't into water segment BTFO
Your mom's dirty vagina is objectively mediocre, but that doesn't stop me from slaying it, carving it up, and making a kawaii hat for my cat.
last one got like 4 replies. i want a real thread about good games. is that so wrong?
why is this better than Gen aside from G rank? serious question
Loved water combat. don't know how people had so much trouble with it
no stupid arts, more verticality because it uses new maps instead of FU and MH1 ones. more monsters, expedition quests. just a better game overall.
*Best handheld MH forever.
>more verticality
>good thing
Gen is made almost entirely of reused content and Arts and playable Palico are dumb. Also, 4U has the best and most varied roster by far, just in LR you fight
>beetle
>big lizard
>crazy sloth elephant thing
>giant tusked frog
>dumb bird wyvern thing
>giant spider
>ape
>giant aztec snake
>land shark
>cool alien dragon
any tips for fighting a Yian kut kut? My chargeblade keeps bouncing off him.
Little things. The flow of the interacts with all of the hub venders. Lack of Monster intros. Missing armor and weapons. Monster roster. Arts are a moot point. You can always just not use them.
However most people gloss over the fact that 4U is a G rank game and they forget just how much that changes a game. The comparison is almost unfair.
nercilyas armor is so good.
Playin 3u for my first MH currently and holy shit my fingers hurt like a motherfucker after playing for a couple hours on 3ds. I think Capcom makes good games period it's just lately they started to fucking suck.
FRANK IS BACK[Sspoiler]
they cant just make a new game compared to the 3ds they needed to make HD models from the ground up unlike portables where you can transfer assess from one game to another. but yes its definitely a more varied roster. to many damn dragons.
Fuck off, playable Palico is the shit.
Arts and Styles are a mess though.
If you MUST use your chargeblade you just have to try to hit him in his soft spots, my advice is to switch to a different weapon that has better sharpness. in LR I had to switch to a hammer for Nerscylla because all the available gunlances had little to no green sharpness, and yellow bounces off of her pretty much anywhere.
aerial GS was one of the greatest things. It really sucks that I'll only ever play GS in that one game
phial axe attacks (A button axe attacks) don't bounce
Newb to MH and what does it mean by sheath? As in put weapon away?
the fuck do you think?
when is the gore magala arriving monster hunter world?
...
It's not that it was particularly difficult. It was just more annoying than fun.
it was absolute fucking hell for like half the weapons.
i'm convinced that's why people hate it so much. it was only remotely fun if you went GS, Swaxe, etc
thank for the advice, i try to get my phials up on him but i can't unless i'm directly under him and its hard to do since the fucker loves bouncing around. so the cure for this is better sharpness then unless i hit his underbelly correct?
this, using hammer or either of the lances underwater is a fate I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy
lets you get fucked by your pet
Yes
Because she’s in it
First of it's gen so not as good as it could be. World Ultimate will be fantastci though if they iron out few of their dumb design decisions and add a lot of end game content.
My first rpg and the only one I've ever enjoyed.
