I feel like a lot of the goofy elements that made KH characters feel like KH characters were lost in later installments. The big shoes, baggy pants and simple colors/shapes made then feel decent next to the disney cast. No longer.

3D > 2 > 3 > the rest. 2.8 Riku is absolute shit because of the proportions and looked way better in 3D.
Sora's 3 design feels like a proper follow up to his 2 get up. The only thing missing are the color accents from 2 that helped break up the black, but KH3 Sora still keeps the more recognizable elements from previous designs.
