how does the camera not follow him then
it's the dark souls of elder scrolls games
This is why you turn off this bullshit NPC finishers with mods.
That's how the camera moves In that kill animation.
Are legendary dragons genuinely difficult? I don't think I've ever gotten over level 50 or so in Skyrim, I spent too much time fucking around with mods (not even porn ones) before I get bored and uninstall, but I've seen a few th ings pike OPs pic and am kinda curious.
I've never met a legendary dragon and I reached 80+ level twice
I think you kill them with the same left right combo you start the game with
Yes. It's a years old meme that Skyrim is easy and shallow but people still fall for it.
It would benefit greatly from microtransactions. Like I wanna get that Daedric Armor, but I don't want to grind my smithing to 100. How nice would have been if you could bypass that by shelling out more money? Makes me wonder why Bethesda never implemented this in any of their countless re-releases.

Full health full mana full buffs high as fuck on skooma RIP dragon
made it 12 hours into Skyrim before I got bored

These numbers from reddit always amaze me.
If you want to watch the number climb here's the link imgur.com
they're the same difficult as skyrim gets: stupid high health pool, stupid high dmg values, that's about it
Microtransactions being actually bad is just a meme. You can help the studios more by paying extra after the first purchase.
t. whale
Why would a studio need more than the initial asking price?
You cannot be seriously falling for such obvious bait..,
Hi Todd.
To help developers, duh?
I am not baiting...
No. Skyrim is easy. Craft an OP weapon in under 6 hours and breeze through.

I leveled up enough to have the Ebony Warrior seek me out, which happens at lvl 80. I had been hearing about online for a while and was stoked.
I killed him in like 3 swings of my mace. He went to cast some buff I guess, in heavy armor. He was dead before he was done casting. Then my own gear was superior to his enchanted heavy as shit armor. Shit was weak.
The whole game felt like this with a moment of actual fun maybe 5-6 times in my 200+hr playthru.
But by far the worst thing the game does is constantly push you to the next thing to do. People shit on the map of Skyrim being bad, but its actually really neat if you like little details. But no one stops to see those details because you can just fastravel to that next quest the game is shoving at you. Who cares if its on the other side of the map for some reason, again. Just fast travel. Are you top rank in the guild yet Dovahkin? Go kill this dragon Dovahkin, doesn't matter that you finally stopped fast travelling to sightsee, go kill the 8th dragon you've seen in 20 mins. Oh, you didn't stop? Well it killed that convenient vendor you always use, and that optional quest giver. Better luck next time.
Games alright though, the fog effects on some hillsides looks great. 8/10
How is developing games different from any other job where you deliver a product?
Gamers are entertainment, you don't need to pay more for furniture after their first job is done.
die cancer
Having dragons able to kill NPCs was a terrible fucking idea.
But the dragons are the only time you are really forced into anything.
i can't tell who's the bigger b8, this OP or the people unironically replying to him as if this post were sincere
Books are entertainment, do you pay writers a few cents for a couple of extra pages?
If you could add more stuff to it, sure.
Go die mad about it.
beautiful
TODD
I remember the first two or three dragons being very difficult. I only killed the first one outside of Whiterun because you got NPC's shooting arrows at it to help out. Then the next two were difficult because the fire breath would pretty much insta-kill me if I didn't chug healing potions. After that, I had become strong enough that they were effortlessly easy. Even Alduin at the end was a tremendous disappointment.
t. played at Skyrim's launch on original patch and haven't touched it since.
>kill every bandit in the dungeon in 1-2 hits while taking extremely little damage
>bandit chief at the end of the dungeon teleports in front of you and instant kills you with its kill animation at nearly full health
I can excuse the shallow combat if the difficulty balance wasn't so fucking shit. It's so retarded how they bothered to put difficulty settings when it's basically "this enemy can do enough damage to you therefore you automatically die if you're close enough." Here's your game of the decade.
>go back to whiterun for the first time with my big load of loot from 3 draugr caves
>almost overencumbered from all this sweet ass loot to sell
>get to town
>master vampire and his cronies are killing everyone
>in the daytime
>try to help town and attack
>town guard moves into my attack, it feels deliberate
>get a bounty
>run away in confusion
>come back 10 minutes later
>3 vendors killed
>arrested, some of that fat loot was stolen too...
>I'm level 8
The game has dragons?
I could never follow the main quest line long enough to see them.
Stealth archery is okay, but not really broken. A dual dagger wielding Orc with Jester's Gloves is broken. 120x damage. 120 fucking times. Nothing personnel.
Dawnguard was a mistake
TODD
IT'S BEEN 7 YEARS
SKYRIM IS SHIT
>skyrim was 7 years ago
>db questline
>everyone except the sandnig and lolivamp get slaughtered
It's not fair. I want Veezara as follower.
Stealth archer is a meme build which is unreliable with any dragon around. Sword and board or 2h heavy tank with enchanted gear and a crossbow for backup is the most expected and viable option in skyrim.
>11/11/11 was 7 years ago
Why are people retarded with time and numbers?
please buy skyrim guys I worked really hard on it
Archer could still do well against dragons without stealth though.
Getting smithing to 100 is not even that hard, enchanting is way worse
>tfw these are all accurate depictions of how normies see the different races
>tfw the argonian one is true even among lorefags because bethesda can't ever decide on what to make of them
just end my suffering and kill their studio through shitty games, zenimax
>buy empty gems
>used conjured weapons/perk
>enchant daggers with stamina drain or absorb health
>profit
>repeat
There, you've officially broken the economy and leveled enchanting faster than smithing. Enjoy your hundred bazillion Septims.
>breton, imperial, nords, redguard
Why do they need to separate this lot as 4 different races again? They're just human.
now name one game that isn't like this
Because non-autists like us just understand that when a given timeframe is discussed, as its length increases the over/under on "you know what I mean" statements becomes very loose. Its part of being a human and just knowing it happens and moving on.
You are the retardo here, not the other guy.
Tetris.
t. lorelet
only autists count months after something is 3+ years old
Nords are humans from Atmora who took Skyrim from the elves after an attempt at peaceful coexistence was made.
Imperials were a combination of native Nedes and Colovians who were initially united by Alessia and then expanded under Reman and Tiber Septim.
Bretons are half-breeds between humans native to High Rock and the remnants of the Ayleid elves that had been purged from Cyrodiil by the Alessian slave rebellions.
Redguard aren't even human technically, they're trans-kalpic entities who destroyed their original home through intense sword magic and decided to live in the worst parts of Tamriel because they thought it suited them well.
>stamina drain or absorb health
You're like a baby. Banish is easily twice as expensive as absord health and breaks the economy in minutes. Might as well generate gold with console at that point.
>speed stat increases
>6 years and 2 months passes
>OMG 7 YEARS GAIS
Don't lash out because you feel stupid.
I'm not even a lorefag and i was triggered.
>province of Oblivion
Do you get off on spending money?
>go to shop
>ebony bow of banishing
>15000 gold
>close shop
Hmm at vanilla I say skyrim is more balanced at "very hard" than fallout 4 survival mode, but beth still has the annoying habit of just slapping 5x damage across the game and calling it the "definite survival experience", and so you can enjoy fuckery like the dragonborn/sole survivor dying instantly with full hp from a dog biting his feet once.
Every touhou game.
Man, skyrim's health bar is so shite. Could literally just cut it in half and have it be way more useful
I'm not even the same guy you aspie fuck.
You are an autist. It impairs your ability to understand basic human conversation.
>magic will never be decent coz shit scaling
>they put the same shit in fucking fallout 4
I couldnt believe my eyes the first time it happened

>girl approaches user at a party
>hey user... how old are you anyway?
>(in robotic voice) 13 years, 1 month and 17 days
>girl walks away
>Skyrim
>Skyrim's dragon fights
The game gets called shit fairly often even though it's just mediocre.
But the dragon fights are truly fucking garbage, jesus christ.

Sup Forums is too contrarian to admit it but Skyrim is very difficult/hardcore, they really think mashing quick save/quick load until they win makes it "easy", meanwhile they died more times than they have in any other game combined on just that one section.

You don't do 2x damage duel wielding, but both hits proc a sneak attack (further doubled by whatever bs you're stacking.)
