God I fucking hate Gord's art for this game. Why would they draw him pissed off? He's usually never pissed off.

You know, this is what I should have expected for the story mode once I realized they were rushing this garbage out for EVO.
It also explains that horrendous voice work.

He looks mostly similar but somethings really off with his face. I think the artist has trouble drawing his sort of character build since Azrael looks really off too.

I swear, every announcement and every reveal about the game aside from characters has been a goddam monkey's paw for me. I remember being so goddamn hype when they showed this off during EVO and I actually remember talking with anons at how Arcsys could actually put the effort in making this a really fun game that celebrates all four series, whether or not RWBY is deserving a place in there or not.
I think I remember joking with an user about how they could have brought back Teach Me Miss Litchi segments with the other smart characters from their respective franchise to help explain the universes of the other game but that seems like a far cry from how cheap and rushed they're making this crossover. The phoned in voices and the poverty level of the "story mode" just tells me all I need to know.
What a fucking shame, imagine if this game actually had decent controls and lots of fun extras but nope, gotta rush this shit out for EVO.

I pray that some how it can get replaced by UNI by some sort of miracle.

That would be nice but it won't happen. On the bright side, at least UNI characters will get to be on the main stage at EVO, even if they don't get to be on the main stage in their own game.

It's technically multiple models for various expressions.

So making a proper story mode would need to code to match an art for each line of dialogue. So it's cheaper to use the same model

It's noticable that she fucks up the most, even with someone with Yang on her team. She only got better this year leading to her finally beat Adam in the most lame way possible
