I wouldn't say it's the best ever, but it was definitely one of the most surprisingly good ones I've ever played. It's one of those come for the porn, stay for the story/gameplay type of games, but they do it pretty well.

Also, all of part 3 was pure gold. The final set of battles were fucking amazing and blew me away. I never thought I would become so invested in a porn game before.

OST is underrated as fuck also

Shit man the last I remember about this is the first part or something was translated and that was before I went off to college. Then I had to stop being weird and learn how to be a normie for years and by that point I just kinda missed a lot of stuff.

paradox is better and more of a jrpg than a visual novel with limited, scripted combat sequences.

You forget that they can last longer if they are having sex. So she would be like that until you orgasm and stop. Also, her regressing to child like state seems to depend on how much energy she expends. Still, having a relationship with her would be weird. 90% of the time she would be a child and acts like one in most cases.

that's actually how I came back to ghe game. Played part 1 in 2012 or whenever that was the only translated part and really liked it. Completely forgot about it until last year, and played parts 1-3 back to back. I'm glad I ended up beating it.

Plus Paradox is fucking awesome so far. I might end up waiting until all 3 parts are released and translated before going through it though.
