I think limited lives per faction would be a good idea

i.e. mtf and ci each have say 40 lives, 5 players spawn as NTF so they have 35 lives left, when the next wave comes in some Dboiz and Nerds have died, so 8 players spawn as NTF (bringing NTF down to 27 lives)

in this way, SCPs will eventually win, ending the round and the CI/NTF stalemates

For every rescued dboi/scientist, grant CI/NTF some bonus lives so they can finish the mission so to speak (whether it be nuking the place or avenging fallen comrades by killing SPCs) and on the CI/NTF respawn from escaping, it doesn't cost a life, and perhaps grants 1-3 extra lives for people to come in. (dbois who are cuffed and escorted become ntf guards and do not take a life nor grant an extra life, same for scientists if cuffed by CI)

as an honest question, what does everyone think of a perk system of sorts? i.e. earn points during games to spend on perks specific to a class (chance for d class to have a janitor keycard in his cell for example, or for a scientist to have a radio etc)

personally I think that idea needs some more refining. I'd like to see this game expand with many SCPs, servers have already seen a huge player limit, and with more SCPs this could be like a multiplayer containment breach

If you mean one that is playable, most of the benevolent, sentient SCPs I can think of are mega-powerful like Able and God and would not be both balanced and true to their entries
