Do the same. space pirate master chief is slumming his way through the galaxy fighting alien dicks at every street corner. then you mix a bit of plot in and have it be so misleading with a generally pretty basic but fun story and then throw out some super serious shit 3/4 of the way through.

remove clambering/vaulting
remove lootboxes/battleplacks
retcon halo 5's story
hire better writers
fix the horrendous art style and hire better artists

So to this day, I have no clue where 343i defenders get this info so take it with a grain of salt, but I've seen a lot of people defend Halo 6 by saying it will have old school art style back and split screen and basically all the things we want in a Halo game. Most of them never post sources and oddly enough I've never seen anybody reply asking for them but I mean just give it a few minutes, I imagine one of those exact people will make their way to this thread and proclaim all the good 343i is going to do to save Halo 6. I'd really like for some of those rumors to be true, mainly the art style one as well as Marty and Joe coming back but these days I don't have the mental capacity to research the ongoings on video games yet to be even shown in a teaser.

2 can be salvaged and 1 is mostly fine.
