God Frieza's 2H is trick. You could always jump over it but it's hard to find the sweet spot to jump over it.

He wasn't that important aside from being Goku's dad. Didn't even manage ro scratch Freeza. And doesn't really have a unique or crazy thing about his fighting style or whatever. And he got fucking REKT in his own special.

Why do I like him so much?

For me I have a thing for soldiers fighting against something that's ultimately fruitless, but they do it anyways because they're the only one that will. Also in games he usually fought really in your face and had sweet movies. Look at Final Revenger in BT for example.

And I think that's just it. Bardock is a badass. That guy has balls of titanium. And in the end, got the last laugh since his legacy would be his son killing Frieza.

Goku's father. there was a 1-hour special about his failed rebellion against Freeza. He makes low-class Saiyans look good because of how strong he is.

There was a second one-hour special that retconned his death into time travel shenanigans and succumbed his character to Toriyama's SS fetish, which ruined it for me but to each their own I guess.
