Nyx was far and away the most powerful in original P3. Even after they nerfed her into just being some dumbfuck moon monster that headbutted the earth and knocked itself out for millennia, she is still the only one that can't outright be defeated.

Izanami is bitch-nigga tier and I am not even sure why they bother hunting her down except for MUH TRUTH. What's-his-face from P5 seemed pretty strong but also had to rig shit to get anything done.

If you want to get specific the club book says she can't be killed because she exists within everyone's subconscious, so the only way to kill her would be to kill everyone, I don't any of the persona teams would be able to or want to do that, even the demifiend isn't that much of an asshole, he only destroyed the universe once human life was already eradicated.

It's hard to tell Philly and Nyarly's power because they are pussies, Philemon basically says he can't do anything but then he cheats anyway and Nyarly only has the power to make rumors come true, which he is smart enough to manipulate to use for his own gain but it doesn't make him all powerful.

Philemon's strength is irrelevant anyway. All he does is smack someone with the wild card to let humanity solve everything, or at most he'll flutter along and deliver a message like he does in P5.

You can easily finish every palace in 1, save for those that boot you out for story reasons. SP management is a joke; there's no good reason for anyone to be running on empty until they've literally just gotten to the treasure, and once you get access to the SP bands it becomes irrelevant. Only thing stopping you is you getting bored.

His wild card handouts aren't even that good.
