It apparently was. And it makes me wonder just how someone can utilize Chris-Chan. Turn him into a computer that controls every sonic fan? Assumes control of every lesbian, gay, and tranny? A Crucible that only has the Destroy option?

It literally was

that looks uncomfortable

This was the best bit of ME2 DLC, but Bioware really needs to understand that it's really obvious when they're only springing for Shep and whichever new NPC's are being brought along for the ride voice-wise. Your party is glaringly quiet throughout the horrors you see in the last half, aside from stock "wow this is kinda fucked" reactions, especially when you consider the fact that this is the one Cerberus op Jacob and Miranda aren't providing any commentary on

I believe it was explicitly said it was.

This is one of the few moments when Paragon Shepard loses his shit and pistol whips his brother

Gavin Archer didn't do anything wrong.

He kills himself in ME3 if you resolve the geth conflict before doing jacobs quest.

god i wish that was me

That looks extremely painful...

4u

So why not just fuse his spine and put him to float in a tank? They though they couldn't provoke an emotional reaction without a lulzy Even Horizon getup?

Cerberus had to look as evil as possible amidst you playing along with them, lest you start to think of them in shades of grey

What was his end game? Like really.

qualifying for agdq

Why this shit gives me a boner?

MAKE IT STOP

How in the fuck did Bioware get the reputation for good writing.

Shepard was alliance, Cerberus were always evil.

kys

Writing is so abyssmal, bioware's stuff gets passable

The real reason things like Kohoku and the assorted Cerberus ops you busted in ME1 go unmentioned outside of two quips is because ME2 was the first ME to appear on a Sony console, meaning ME1 may as well have not existed for these people, especially when you consider how many people brag about just using Genesis as their ME1 substitute (i.e. plebs), although before that, people jumped straight to ME2 for some reason, further ensuring ME1 would be the ignored one in the future

Wrong screenshot, but pic related is the most Sparknotes-tier retelling of ME1 possible

Me1 did come to PS3 eventually

...

By that time, popular opinion was that ME1 was the worst and most boring, and ME2 was the one everyone (Bioware listened to) loved. The fact that I STILL see people in Sup Forums incapable of talking Wrex down once in a while shows just how bad people are in an RPG that was already a lot more streamlined than other RPG's at the time
